Must children suffer in poverty or be abandoned to orphanages with no good life prospects? What about fetuses that through screening are revealed to be malformed and if born will have severe birth defects, disabilities and high risk of death? Must they and their parents suffer because of it? What about women who's life is in danger because of the pregnancy gone wrong? What about women who were raped?
