No, Cho-Yeon's father is papa Jin, the traitor. Bu-Yeon's father, on the other hand, is not known. But it's definitely not papa Jang. Mama Jin was already pregnant when she came to him asking for help with her birth, they weren't that intimately close back then.

If they ditched all those useless love triangle sub plots we could have gotten more much needed time with the leads. They rarely even see each other in the last episodes, there's always something going on with them to make their lives difficult. No time to even talk properly, just to debrief each other on the current situation. While others have plenty of time to casually sip tea while third wheeling on their tails.
