Park Jin is still crying about master Lee ๐Ÿคฃ.someone tell him that he is misunderstanding all this ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ
I think even if maidservant Kim tells him directly that she likes him he will still manage to misinterpret it. He's hopeless ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ

can anyone answer me , if Naksu is coming back in 2nd season with her soul back which is currently in Mu Deoks's…
Bu-Yeon's soul never left her body. She is still inside her body along with Naksu.
On Alchemy of Souls Aug 7, 2022
That whole missing daughter bollywood style drama starts to really piss me off, tbh. The way they're dragging it for half the season until the very endgame, instead of doing some other more varied plots is just ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿฅฑ๐Ÿ˜ด This is the plot, guys. Bu-Yeon's story ate up all the other stories. I feel like Naksu is getting sidelined here.
And mama Jin is such an annoying obsessed dumbass I don't even care what happens to her anymore.
On Alchemy of Souls Aug 7, 2022
Ok, mystery woman from episode 1 is not shaman Choi, different faces. But papa Jin is her real brother and a villain, who married into Jin family and sired only second daughter ๐Ÿ˜•
Also, poor real Queen, somebody save her ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
On Alchemy of Souls Aug 7, 2022
Didn't the villains plan to soul shift the shaman into mama Jin initially? Now they're planning to do it with fake Bu-Yeon?
Replying to AncientLoveGoddess Aug 7, 2022
If she wanted to protect the four families from being killed by Naksu this would be the way. So makes sense that…
Yea, but how could she know about what Naksu was up to? Can she read the minds of souls as well? Naksu was powerless immediately after waking up. Or did Bu-Yeon made her powerless because she got scared of her in the beginning?
Replying to Jenliuur Aug 7, 2022
Maybe that way she is protecting Naksu.
How? By lesson of humility?
On Alchemy of Souls Aug 7, 2022
What Cho-Yeon said about Jin clan priestesses - that they can trap souls and block mages souls' powers. Did Bu-Yeon do this with Naksu's soul? Did she block her powers?

Title Alchemy of Souls Spoiler
Correct me if I am wrong, is Jinmu and Shaman Choi (in Queen's body) really plotting the death of the real Queen?…
The villains want to soulshift mama Jin. It was their endgame plan with fake Bu-Yeon - she has to bring mama Jin to them.

I have to calibrate my expectations. It's hard to accept certain plotlines when I think of them as the end of…
I agree. I suspect they watered down the story for money's sake. Also, since it's on Netflix it's even more likely the reason. Starting from this year due to poorer revenues as one of the policies Netflix started chopping its shows into parts to keep the viewers subscribed.

Ep 16โ€ฆ. Still watching But Iโ€™m intrigued to know how come the dog didnโ€™t bark at The girls dad since heโ€™s…
He's not a shifter. He's just in cohoots with the villains.

Good for you if you think that. But I think it's gonna be bad if it ends midway on a cliffhanger with no resolutions to the plot, the resolutions we'll have to wait for unknown amont of time until part 2 releases. I hope I'm wrong and this part's plot will be concluded, with some new one starting in part 2. But judging by how it keeps on dragging I kinda doubt it.
Also, by how it keeps on dragging and the amount of unnecessary meandering subplots and love triangles this show definitely could have been concluded in 20 episodes.
On Alchemy of Souls Aug 7, 2022
Ugh, that dragging fake Bu-Yeon scam really is endgame plot for part 1 by the looks of it ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿฅฑ

Title Adamas Spoiler
spoiler, but are the twins related to the chairman? Seeing he smiles like and looks like the eldest dead son!
No, it's just it's confusing because of the bad synopsis and tangled introduction.
Their stepfather was killed by Adamas arrow and it was pinned on a guy, who will later be revealed to the writer twin by his mother to be their biological father. So, their biological father is on death row right now. He's got less than a month until the corrupt presidential candidate wins and reinstates death penalty. And same goes for his case's expiration of stature of limitations - if the twins won't prove the real culprit did it by that time, the culprit will walk scott free.

Can my daughter watch this (3 years old)? Does it have scary scenes at all?
It has 15+ age rating, definitely not for toddlers. There are some scenes like assault, car crash, etc. that should not be shown to kids.
On Alchemy of Souls Aug 7, 2022
Btw, about Choi shaman. Maybe it's the woman in the first episode who lured people to feed them to her soul shifter son who ran wild? The one who was killed by Jang Kang?
She is bound by revenge on Songrim after all, maybe not only because of times past?

i see your point here, as you said every viewer has different expectations when it comes to romance and how fast…
Yes, it has been dragging. Could have ended this show in 20 episodes, not 30.
