Not likely actually. He said that his other daughter is his beloved daughter. Why say one is his another is not if he’s a soul shifter? And he could have been soul shifted only as far back as 10 years ago when the villains got their hands on the ice stone. But his second daughter is far older than that. Which means he really was with the bad guys all along, or was simply converted to their cause.

Yea, she seems to be brushing off too many things after witnessing them. Using strange powers and then going blind, worrying for a single episode she may go wild and then whatever, not paying attention why after all this time she hasn’t gone wild and petrified with no energy whatsoever.

I think it’s about time Uk has started fulfilling his promise to help Naksu. He knows Chisu - time to get her up that tree and help her regain her energy.

Throwing another theory here for giggles:
Since it was revealed papa Jin is not Bu-Yeon’s real father and some people suggested it was Seo general for whatever reason, here’s my random guess - why not Naksu’s papa Cho? If Naksu and Bu-Yeon are siblings it would make their soul shifting gone wrong more understandable, besides the ice stone theory.

May be demeaning to autistic people, but I think this drama is less about them and actually follows a very safe and popular character trope - genius detective with a gimmick. The way the audience through FL investigates cases and has "whalerika" insights just screams this is one of those yet again. Be it Sherlock Holmes, Dr. House, or countless others they always have some disability/quirk, weird genius mind and/or one or more hightened senses.
So, not to take anything away from the excellent production of this drama, but it's not breaking any grounds here really.

The title of the drama says it all, if she wasn't so smart she wouldn't have become a lawyer and there wouldn't be a story to begin with.

You're not alone feeling this. I too think it's been dragging recently, both leads relationship progress and the plot in general.
