I really really hope WYW doesn't somehow end up going to the US or meet up with her mom again... She's so annoying…
FL or her dad have no obligation to do anything TSM suggests. She has no legal rights over her daughter and FL is an adult now anyway. But I'm afraid we're about to see her threatening them more severly to disappear. The nerve and selfishness of that woman is on a whole other level compared to MW.
We can't really determine if Hye Young has the capacity to consent because she was asked questions in a super…
Yea, I also think that overbearing control over such person and continued treatment of her as a child has detrimental effects. It's bad even for normal children, they have problems socializing and becoming independent adults later on. As FL said to her dad in an earlier episode she wants to make mistakes and be discouraged, his overprotectiveness hinders her as an adult.
Also, girl's mother really needed to chill, she was giving giant red flags of misandry. She probably was bitter of her own experiences with men and didn't want to let her daughter anywhere near them.
OP saw LJW and HMH filming Alchemy Of Souls Part 2 Link: https://twitter.com/leejaewookstyle/status/1552947682788143104?t=mBGrX1ZjPSPhp1mXWjSMOA&s=19
Shame nobody can spot the female lead yet (if she even exists in part 2 😔). So far it's only known that maidservant Kim and Jin Cho Yeon of the Four Seasons will be present.
Me waiting for Uk-Mudeok to become official couple of Daeho 😂😂Yul and CP will then move on...
I hope they'll stop dragging those pointless love triangle plots soon, they eat entirely too much time of this drama. It already could have been standard 16 episodes with them cut.
Did he need to ask for permission from the mother because the girl’s mental age was that of a minor and she…
What about teenagers, some even of 13 years old, who have sex with mutual consent? Should they ask their parents? Most don't and don't get punished if both are minors.

Yea, let's put to jail everyone who dares to date mentally disabled people 🙄. This is indeed a slippery slope. Btw, in some countries (Arabic for example) legal age for marriage is 13. Just shows that this whole label putting on people's mental age is very subjective.

What's with this then? Quote: "because the girl is disabled, the guardian’s consent is important at all times. he deserves to be in jail for that reason."
Just give it up with Yul already, this dragging love triangle plot is becoming repetitive with its execution. Our ML being such a straighforward guy usually, somehow is too insecure here. He should properly "stake the territory" for any Yuls and CPs to notice and back off already.
Intellectual disability is defined by IQ under 70, the victim has an IQ of 65. WYW has an IQ of 164. WYW is neurodivergent,…
The fact that standard IQ tests are known to be unsuitable for auitistic people but are still widely used to put incorrect and subjective mental age labels on them to this day is upsetting. Also IQ tests in general are criticized for not giving the full picture of a person's mental ability.
I was wondering why everyone was suddenly obsessing over why our ML and FL haven't kissed yet. I just finished…
EAW has fewer episodes and a standard 16 episode format. In this format kissing scenes around episode 10 are very common if not earlier. AoS has 20 episodes, gotta wait some more for it.

Yea, but you were saying he should be in jail for not asking consent from her mother/legal guardian. Generally speaking, adults are not legally obliged to ask for consent to have sex with someone, we're not living in medieval ages (although some Arabic countries put a dent on this). It's just good manners to introduce yourself to the parents, but most people do only when they're very serious about their relationship and are planning to live together. For example, that Choi Soo Yeon character definitely won't be introducing her flings and one night stands to her parents. So youngsters having casual or budding relationship go about it however they want. So this returns me to the mental age question, which I think is your primary motivation for pinning the guy as a villlain. But as this drama showed - it's a legally grey area and consent was required only of the victim. And there wasn't a conclusive evidence he didn't get it.
2521 flashback. 🤣Please stop sending SK civilians to America in kdramas challenge lol.
Yea, it was nonsense. For FL to have a license to practice law in another country she’d first have to study law of that country and pass the bar again. And what was more rubbish was her notion that autism is some curable disease you can get treatment to 🤦♂️
Also, girl's mother really needed to chill, she was giving giant red flags of misandry. She probably was bitter of her own experiences with men and didn't want to let her daughter anywhere near them.
