i really liked the female lead and was hoping to watch the romance between the leads but it's not happening anymore.…
Probably gonna kill S1 FL off screen somewhere and introduce a new character. Happened many times in other dramas. Usually leads to worse plots and ratings though.
Flex X Cop one of my favorite shows in 2024. Sad she is not part of S2, but I will wait with judgement until I…
Don't shoehorn AoS into this. Changing actresses was done there on purpose, it was planned from the beginning because of the story. Here's it's just some dumb schedule conflict. And what on earth is so much better for FL actress here that she decided to ditch this drama for something else? Wasn't Flex X Cop the most popular show she was in?
Well, there goes my hype for season 2, down the drain. Even if they cast new actress it's not gonna be the same. Especially since showrunners promised romance between the leads in season 2.

You wrote you understood why he pushed her away in episode 10, you didn't need detailed explanation for that.…
Yea, ML's a pos because of all the s*it that happened to him, but if you drop where you did you won't see his character development into a nice guy. This drama focuses more on FL in the first part of the drama, with most of her problems being resolved there. And the second part focuses more on ML.
And I think he couldn't just tell FL what's on his mind clearly straight away, because he was nobody to her at that point. From his point of view FL didn't want to tell him about her illness, and he's not such a blunt character as to press her about it and force her to accept his help. But once she accepted him as her bf, he started doing very nice things for her. He even wanted to quit his job to travel to the best clinics in the world with her.
But I can understand simply not liking the drama, no need to force yourself.
Damn episode 11 and he excludes her from the audition knowing how badly she wnats and he gives that kind of reason,…
You wrote you understood why he pushed her away in episode 10, you didn't need detailed explanation for that. ML didn't give FL the real reason why he said what he said in episode 11 either, but you didn't catch on to that? Later it will be shown that he didn't want to stress her out with that job, because he was worried she's gonna die. But when he saw how passionate she was about becoming a teacher he relented and even asked his teachers to help coach her. And he didn't want to let her go because he was worried about her dying somewhere when he's not around. It's all part of his childhood trauma about his parents and grandma dying and leaving him. But suit yourself, man. I'm seeing some people here only understand dramas when explanations are basically spelled out to the audience, but this drama is more about paying attention and "show, don't tell".
Is that supposed to be an "evil spirit"? I thought we gonna get some dark Revenant s*it, but it's just some mischievous soldier boy who was stuck in a house 🤣.
Very doubtful it's not gonna flop badly. It's gonna be very hard to translate the og material to live action, even big budget, which this drama won't have. Another one of those cheap attempts to exploit a popular franchise for some cash grab from Netflix, looks like.
If they dont have a huge budget for this it will fail terribly, I like the actor choice.
Agreed. There's too much fantastical stuff in the source material. Would require lots of CGI. I rather doubt Netflix will have the budget to give it justice. Probably gonna be another one of those cheap attempts at cash grab that gonna flop.
gyeonu is better than me bc if my family abandoned me I'd try to rub off all my "misfortune" on them to make them…
And why would that be a bad thing? These people are actively making ML’s life miserable and trying to kill him even. Any normal alive being should fight against this to survive. But ML doesn’t because he gave up and/or is a pushover. I wouldn’t be surprised if his family had something to gain from his curse, like money and fortune, for example. Someone is living high life at his expense.
Personally i like such ml kinda sick of doormats simp who likes the fl for no damn reason since ep 1 . It's like…
But your points here can be said about FL here as well. She's got a crush on him for no good reason, he's mean to her and her only purpose here is to save him. And I can guarantee she'll wait for him like a dog to come around. Like, roles reversed or the like from the usual where ML is the savior. I'd rather have a savior proactive ML, than moping emo ML who does nothing. Just depressing to watch. Not my cup of tea.
I feel like I don't like this emo ML. I get that the world's against him, I just don't like these moping types of characters who resign to their fate. He should get angry and speak up to all his bullies. And more importantly, round kick that evil shaman bish who most likely cursed him in the first place, or at the very least tell her to stay away from him. ML has nothing interesting in him here besides FL's superficial crush on him because of his face, and that the audience should pity him. I more prefer SML here.
Junho did absolutely nothing, and even if you removed all of his scenes from Squid Game, the show wouldn’t change…
Well, at least he found his brother. I guess that was the most important to him. Hypothetically, if there was another season, he could have used 222's winnings to start looking for organizers again, but we just saw where it leads in season 3.
What a disaster! The worst drama of the year. I cannot believe that it went from a masterpiece to a shit show.…
I somehow always thought ML was being groomed to become the new Frontman. But instead they made him a total failure and called it a day. ML thought he could at least move the Frontman himself, but he was long gone already. A very pointless waste of life and our time. Should have ended this story on season 1. But as always, greedy Netflix execs wanted to milk it.
The baby in this season was the dumbest s*it I've ever seen in this drama. First, the mother must be given a Guinness award for the fastest first birth ever. She did it in, like, 15 minutes, lol. The baby for some reason was CGI in most of the scenes. And she behaved very unrealistically for a baby - would have s*at, pi*sed and cried all the time realistically. Clearly, a script written by a guy who didn't even bother to ask around. But the dumbest thing ever here is that she won the games, turned this whole supposedly serious plot for me into absurdity.
Couldn't 333 have won by simply pushing both 456 and 222 off the bridge? He would be the only player left standing and winning by default. I doubt organizers would have made him kill himself to count as a win, no?
