Junho did absolutely nothing, and even if you removed all of his scenes from Squid Game, the show wouldn’t change…
Well, at least he found his brother. I guess that was the most important to him. Hypothetically, if there was another season, he could have used 222's winnings to start looking for organizers again, but we just saw where it leads in season 3.
What a disaster! The worst drama of the year. I cannot believe that it went from a masterpiece to a shit show.…
I somehow always thought ML was being groomed to become the new Frontman. But instead they made him a total failure and called it a day. ML thought he could at least move the Frontman himself, but he was long gone already. A very pointless waste of life and our time. Should have ended this story on season 1. But as always, greedy Netflix execs wanted to milk it.
The baby in this season was the dumbest s*it I've ever seen in this drama. First, the mother must be given a Guinness award for the fastest first birth ever. She did it in, like, 15 minutes, lol. The baby for some reason was CGI in most of the scenes. And she behaved very unrealistically for a baby - would have s*at, pi*sed and cried all the time realistically. Clearly, a script written by a guy who didn't even bother to ask around. But the dumbest thing ever here is that she won the games, turned this whole supposedly serious plot for me into absurdity.
Couldn't 333 have won by simply pushing both 456 and 222 off the bridge? He would be the only player left standing and winning by default. I doubt organizers would have made him kill himself to count as a win, no?
Why is she always late to school, all the time she’s climbing over that damn wall
She's moonlighting as a shaman most of the evenings and nights. Not enough sleep, always late to school. Some may call it abuse of a minor, but since it's family business it's deemed ok.
If you want a proper good detective story about a serial killer, with no dumbassery, I recommend May It Please the Court: https://kisskh.at/715941-let-s-start-the-argument Probably the best serious kdrama of this type.
I feel bad for SML. Looks like a genuinely nice guy, but FL is one of those "2m handsome face" or go home. Also, what a dumb teenager outlook on this - feelings change, but pretty face stays the same? Give it 20 years, girl, you'll learn. ML is kinda meh so far, but I guess it's understandable given he's been cursed since birth. Not sure how he's still alive and moderately successful in life, given how often ghosts are trying to off him.
Pretty meh. Unreasonable reaches of logic, unlikeable leads, some murders were unexplained how they were pulled…
I’ve already written my thoughts on the first episodes below. Here’s some dumb stuff from the last ones: They forgot to explain how the last victim fell off the building seemingly on his own. The killer also said she wasn’t the one who killed FL’s uncle. The killer’s mother sitting at her restaurant waiting for her daughter has got to be the dumbest s*it I’ve seen in a while. The daughter wasn’t so small as to not know her mother’s name and address where they lived. But even if she was that dumb, how many orphanages are there in the country? If her mother visited at least one a week she’d have found her years ago. But looked like she just waited for her daughter to find her all those years, wtf.
FL's uncle was killed with a weapon that would have certainly left blood splatters on the murderer's clothes and…
He wasn't investigating any other leads that's the most damning. He just kept digging in her direction for 10 years. It's embarrassing. No wonder he wasn't promoted, can't solve cases for sh*t.
That is a psychology theory yes but idk if its true, especially in the case of people who might not have good…
But it certainly suggests so about good fathers. Daddy girls start looking for same traits in men when they grow up, both physical and mental. FL here got triggered by similar physical traits, hoping to find mental as well.
noo she wanted to get close to him.. hoping he was a good person bc he looks like her dad but I don’t think…
I didn't say similar looking, but he's also that here. Mi-Ji immediately got triggered. And theory suggests that women also imprint on fathers' physical traits as well.
noo she wanted to get close to him.. hoping he was a good person bc he looks like her dad but I don’t think…
That theory states that women do that subconsciously, so it really did sound like flirting from her side. I dunno about sexual assault allegations, but can't blame the guy for perceiving it as flirtation signals. That's just messed up.
Watched 3 episodes and the leads are very unlikeable. ML is one of those dumb cops who get fixated on one suspect…
FL's uncle was killed with a weapon that would have certainly left blood splatters on the murderer's clothes and face. FL couldn't have swapped them for identical ones in time, wash herself and then hide them where nobody would find them in time. But looked like nobody even checked for that during the investigation. Irl cops would be sweeping down the whole house, taking samples from FL's body and clothes and checking surrounding neighborhood area and dumpsters to find clues. And they would be doing that vigorously considering her uncle was an ex-cop.
FL is a dumb profiler with main character syndrome, who's fixated on solving her uncle's murder. She used a giant leap of logic to shoehorn a random woman's murder to her uncle's case just because she received a puzzle piece on the same day. For it to be not a coincidence the murderer somehow should have known that the cop wouldn't pick up the phone, that FL would try looking for him at his mother's flat in the same building where the woman was killed, that FL would forget on which parking floor she parked her car, and that she would start peeping in random car's tinted window. I mean, at this point, why couldn't it have been any other random murder which happened on the same day in a capital city where murders happen every day? Sure, for the sake of drama they would make it so that it's connected, doesn't make it look less dumb though.
Watched 3 episodes and the leads are very unlikeable. ML is one of those dumb cops who get fixated on one suspect without properly checking other leads. FL's just an annoying childish weirdo. Seems like they tried using the "quirky genius detective" trope with her, but created this cringe inducing abomination instead, maybe partly due to actress miscast. Furthermore, the plot has plot holes and reaches of logic from the get go.
Hypothetically, if there was another season, he could have used 222's winnings to start looking for organizers again, but we just saw where it leads in season 3.
