11:00 pm thoughts.. after watching episode 4.i think there is a twist..i think Kang Hu Yeong was the guy who suddenly…
That sounds dumb. FL doesn't have amnesia. Just regular old fleeting memories covered by other memories and emotions. Everybody's got their own point of view. For example, FL thinks she went to become anime producer because she liked watching cartoons as a child, but then we see her getting hyped for it during school years when ML told her her wanted to become one. SML thinks she became one because of him, to translate his book into anime.
They really are dragging FL's secret reveal to ML until the last episode. And why not show him? SML's reaction was pretty tame, I doubt ML would go nuts over it. Also, killer's reveal wasn't a big surprise, it was my second choice after the obvious first one. Still, rather unconventional.
FL here really is dumb and stupid as ML said. Usually seeing how a guy acts around her a girl intuitively knows that a guy likes her, but here she either really is abysmally dumb, or expertly acts dumb because she doesn't like him. Her girl friend read the room immediately and understood what's what at least. Though she should have met ML face to face back in school to see what's going on already. Wasted so much time dreaming about ML's ideal self without even talking to him properly. ML here is also weird. It doesn't look like he has communication issues or low self esteem in general, but overusing dramatic pauses and staying silent only leads to misunderstandings.
Surprisingly good. You can watch it without knowing the source material, unlike many other live adaptions. Production is good as well. Very well done fast paced action scenes, reminded me of Rurouni Kenshin. And animals CGI was awesome. I hope they'll finish the story with more parts. I'd also recommend watching anime, it's not finished either, but it's 1:1 with manga, meaning a more detailed version of the plot.
the synopsis says that her FIRST LOVE broke her heart not the ML. the writer JunHo is her first love but not having…
No, synopsis is wrong. It says: "A decade later, she has become an animation producer when fate reunites her with her former crush, Hu Yeong, in a cafe." Hu Yeong is ML. Her former crush's name is Bang Jun Ho though, SML.
So far it’s good, but dayum.. walking on a thin ice!It has two kdrama cliches I reeeally hate!1. A character…
1. SML here has yet to beat the record of being delulu. One SFL in one drama returned after whooping 12 years like nothing happened and turned out abruptly and cruelly dumping ML was for his own benefit, lmao. Let's see how it goes here, but I'm dumping this show if SML's reasoning was the same here.
2. That one is even more annoying. Nobody's communicating normally. ML was annoying for never saying that SFL should at the very least show her face once before sending love letters through FL. How can you expect somebody to reciprocate your feelings if said person hasn't even met you once? And he didn't give a response on purpose to see FL more often, because she was the letter courier, but he never told her of his own feelings. That SFL is annoying. She bought some confidence through plastic surgery, but sadly there's no surgery for fixing stupidity. She still dreams of ML, whom she idealized in her head but doesn't even know as a person, and already has plans to marry and leave with him to the US. Her feelings are shallow and her first love is like what FL said - something better left in the fridge forever. FL is also annoying for encouraging this SFL's dumb behavior. You can't force a person fall in love with someone, stop acting matchmaker.
SML sounds like a narcissistic trash, tbh. No apologizing, or explaining anything. I'm back, baby, you still love me after I dumped you 3 years ago with no explanations, right, trololo? Da hell? If FL gets hooked again by this pos I'm dropping this.
I don't really need the roommate story line to be honest. It doesn't add much to this amazing comedy
I think FL's actress friend was required mainly to help FL in pretending to be ML's fiancee. I mean, it did take guts and some acting lessons to fool other people. She also helped her with photoshopped pictures and some carefree advices. But overall most of the time FL's brother and she were a waste of screen time, underutilized. Though I loved that scene where FL learned her brother dropped out from highschool and was chasing him around the house with a pillow, it was hilarious, that whole episode was great.
Koreans and their obsession with first love is crazy
Yea, especially weird if it was way back in kindergarden. Speaking of which, we're having yet another one - Love Next Door with Jung So Min 🙄 And don't get me started about ones from past lives aka. reincarnation trope. Beyond dumb.
Some people are already getting bitter just because the male lead is single and it's apparently a female fantasy.…
Speak for yourself. It was just a commentary about stale, regurgitated plots using same tropes over and over again. No wonder everybody and their grandma are predicting already how this one’s gonna go. You’ve seen a dozen of them, you’ve seen them all. I do like rom coms, but I prefer more realistic ones where MLs are flawed just as much as FLs and a couple actually works on their relationship.
So let me get this straight, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is yet another drama where the male lead has been…
It's female fantasy, because most of the audience are women. And writers think that most of them are dreaming of a pure white knight waiting for them like a dog for decades. Same think is that FLs can get away with anything, because they're audience's self insert. Get sloshed senseless in every single kdrama out there and embarass themselves in front of ML; do dumbest, most idiotic stunts and have seven Fridays in a week - kdrama's perfect ML will forgive everything. Realistically it's total bs of course, no healthy good looking man would stay single for long, nobody likes a messy drunk or a dumbass damsel in distress who can't ever solve selfmade problems. But kdramas are here to perpetuate a dream that love is blind, a woman doesn't have to change anything in herself to find a prince Charming who'll love her as is with all of her dumb quirks. That's why there are so many plots like these, or even dumber ones with tropes like reincarnation/true love/childhood connection/destiny etc. Probably one of the reasons why marriages are dwindling nowadays, mass media making standarts unrealistically high. If you're not around 2m tall, handsome, making upper 6 six digits per year and perfect in every way you can gtfo.

ML liked FL.
FL liked SML.
SFL liked ML.
And maybe restaurant guy liked SFL.
Dizzying😵💫
