The story has started picking up now. I’m rooting for XCS to kick some asses. LCZ doesn’t seem that too bad of a guy. The bad ones are the definitely the lackeys. What’s his deal?
These few episodes are so painful to watch. Not only because of XQS’s tragic life but also I feel like the direction is confusing and the script doesn’t make sense. 1. They introduced new powerful characters and then they killed them off within the same episode. What even stranger, the characters just died because they were tricked in a weirdest way possible. It doesn’t make sense how those supposedly wise and powerful people were easily tricked. Even the dialogues between those two martial arts masters sounded forced! 2. They concluded that the parents have died by just a pendant. No even a single scene where they showed the parents’s bodies. And, suddenly we have a tomb! This makes the supposedly smart characters look dumb! 3. QCS’s friends were just standing there, not moving, while witnessing him getting beaten by his bros. It’s so OOC especially for Tang Fang.
Etc etc.
I have never ranted this much because of a drama. Tsk tsk tsk.
Can u spoil it for me what about the ‘other’ General that not to your liking (I haven’t watch it yet and…
I’m curious to find out as well ☝️ I have watched the first few episodes before Shadow Love but couldn’t get into the story, took a break and got distracted by Shadow Love.
Editing team missed one; she actually moved her head on the right side of the screen when she’s supposed to…
I noticed that too but I really thought it was intentional to show to audience that Li Shuang has regained consciousness and was pretending she hasn’t so she could hear Ao Deng’s confession and all. Because once LS woke up, she didn’t question him and immediately forgave him after the little prank she did. To me it showed that she heard Ao Deng’s confession.
What do you mean—like when she asked for the 30 dishes, or when she asked for the qin? The dishes were not really…
I think she’s referring to her reaction when Jin An asking for a kiss with the kids around. Considering they’re married and has consumed the marriage, It’s a bit weird that she acts all shy.
WOW! This has become one of my favourite dramas. I have become fan of Cheng Lei now! He is so fine and beautiful, such a talented actor, has expressive eyes and completely nailed all three characters.
The chemistry between the leads is amazing! Their love story is so beautifully written and acted out.
Lu Xin is my fav supporting character. She’s so brave. Definitely a female lead in her and Mo Yin’s story.
