Rowoon's acting on episode 14 was wonderful. His crying scenes and the way he was able to make his voice sound so distraught was just a chef's kiss.

Right?! Fine if that's gonna be how you first show he's dead but at least give the show time to mourn the character. Show more of peoples' reactions. Let us know more about what happened. Show us a funeral maybe. This really just felt so abrupt as well as being unnecessary. And how come he was the only one who was shown to have died, that feels way too cherry picked in a huge fire like this.

Not a crier, but when "he" was crying while watching her performance there was definitely some moisture welling up in my eyes. Gosh it was such an emotional scene.

And the way she smiled "at him" clearly because she was seeing him in her mind's eye even though he wasn't really there. I wasn't prepared. :(

Maybe this is all too convoluted but I am wondering if Yeon Doo's mom is the lost Strawberry. And also if the son/brother with the doppelganger is actually adopted and his lookalike is actually his twin.

It wasn't necessarily a suicide letter though. That's just what the daughter thought because it was an emotional letter from her mom that was placed there and her mom was dead. The mom definitely wrote it, but that isn't to say the killer didn't find it in her stuff and then placed it there.

Can you imagine if she was what kind of reaction the ML would have, my goodness! It would certainly make the show interesting, to see that pan out/how that happened. He would have a sister if this was the case! Or at least a half sister. Ahh I just want to see things revealed.

But if she killed herself why would she plant the matchbox there? Plus if I remember correctly, when the FL goes there isn't there someone watching from the grass?

Why not? People abuse and even murder their own children in real life. Just because it seems like they had a good relationship, it could be that he was willing to get rid of his son if he felt his son wasn't going to let him get away with what he'd done.

If he acted like a decent person maybe he thought nobody would ever suspect him, who is to say he truly cared for his son much?

Then the ML would have a half sister, who knows maybe.

Why would she name the son the same as the tea shop owner wants to though? Or if she was, why would the dad still want the name to be the same to be as what he planned with his ex. That seems like it would be kind of a sus/weirdo thing to do.

Also the episode where he sees his mom for the first time, why did Mi Sook stare at him after she had seen the killer?

Because if you're crazy like that, ultimately I think you don't care about anyone much but yourself. Or if he cared a little he might not care enough if it meant him getting caught.

Also in that scene where he sees his mother out with his dad it seems like Mi Sook was staring at the father.

He could have been lying about that to create an alibi.

Horrible people don't stop just because it's their children, when it comes to doing horrible things.
