Yeah, just to mask it to look like it was released by them. It would be no surprise to find out that it was actually produced in China but protected by the laws of Thailand.

The producers, director and the screen writer are all Chinese. What you are right about though is that same sex is prohibited in China. Everything is Chinese but since its produced under the laws of Thailand, Chinese govt have no jurisdiction. Its just like making a film and selling its right under another government different from yours. You just have to pay for the fees and taxes for it to be under that government. Its that easy and by that you just made illegal content be legal.

This turned out to be a good surprise for me. Park Shin Hye should definitely stick to these kind of scripts. It definitely highlights her acting abilty. This year I have encountered so many BIG surprise. First off was My Sweet Mobster. It was refreshing to see someone different from the typical ML being ML. Cha Eun Woo showcasing his acting ability in the Wonderful world. He did incredibly well acting wise in that drama. Lastly, I always love Park Shin Hye. She always chose good projects. But this drama made us realize why she is a seasoned actress. It definitely showcases her versatility.

I think it was a valid criticism. She hadn't exploited her versatility in acting but she did well in this drama. She was mostly type casted as damsel in distress. Its about taking a challenge and making something beautiful out of it. I think you can learn something from this and use it in your life. Silence your critics.

Damsel in distress? I think this drama shows her versatility. To be fair, they were constructive criticism. I know there were some hate comments attached to the criticism of her acting. But if you take the criticism positively, you can make something beautiful out of it. Like she did in this drama. And how Cha Eun Woo did in the Wonderful World drama. I honestly love how some actors take the challenge silence their critics. Good job Park Shin Hye and Cha Eun Woo. Now nobody can dispute you're talented actress and actor.

She doesn't need any make up or plastic surgery. Girl is just naturally beautiful.

That's the difference between Seo Yea-ji and Kim Sae Ron. Seo Yea-ji will most likely return to acting because of her agency. While Kim Sae Ron, it seems her agency gave up on her. Okay, both left their agency but Seo Yea-ji was lucky to be picked up by another agency. I might be wrong but weren't they both from Gold Medalist agency. If its true, I think they should work better on their crisis management. Because both mistakes were bad but not fatal enough to a point it ends their careers.

If she had been in the industry longer like 20 years and with a competent agency, she would have gotten away with way worse. They're actors and actress who have been gotten away with worse maybe because of their connections or wealth. I just think Kim Sae Ron's agency didn't do a great job in handling the mess. If they had a better crisis management, I'm sure the situation could have gone differently.

Also, she's so young. I know she did something bad and I'm sure she learned from that mistake. She's only 24 years old, they should give her another chance.

Its okay to make him suffer if its not one of your own. I guess that's the thinking most characters here had. Dude couldn't even be with his own real father in his last days leading to his death. How hard can you make someone suffer and even show up your face to them and claim you're cordial with them. Bo Yeong's Mom was basically an orphan. But Jeong Woo's Mum took her in and she basically was like a big sister or mom to her.
But for a decade they would make her suffer together with her husband. I honestly feel for her now that she has found out the truth. She is regretting how she mistreated her own savior. I can't really say its her fault, the police really messed up the investigation so she believed her son was the killer. But DAMN.

"Jeong Woo, you're like a son to me. From now on, I'll be your father. I hope you can think of me in that way too. Okay?" And then proceeds to betray him. He knew he didn't commit both murders and yet as a father he proclaims he is, he made him the culprit.

To be fair the story is mostly about Lune. Its about his development from being a loner to making friends and learning how to be a better person in relationships. He is the focal point of the series. The others not just Star do not have that significant character development.
The reason they made Ivy more involved is to create a love line between her and White. Yeah, we don't see Star being confrontational or even voicing her own opinion. I completely agree, her character is poorly written.

Naw, you didn't have to attack her taste. We welcome different taste and preference. Some people may attack you for loving Kdramas, you wouldn't love it. So let's pass on the same kindness. She disagrees on someone you may find appealing, that's alright. We can only respect it.
