Hahaha nice! I don't even remember how I spent on my first salary but definitely not on make up or heels. To this day I need help of my friends if there is any functions to have minimal makeup. heels tho i will break my ankle if I walk two steps for sure.

yep yep. It is a choice and how we see it. I work too. I go to office too and I don't prefer it. I do not have anything against the ones who do. It depends on the industry too as you said. In software industry it is okay to be casual. no one really cares. I did not really find it necessary for my own confidence but I do not have any opinion on those who do. I am just joking on how she just generalised the definition of woman. Again I know why she said it. so nothing serious here. Just a light hearted remark on her comment on woman :)

I loved the hostel scene though. It is much more real than what they show in other youth dramas. Feeling out of place, missing your parents and crying on call, adjusting to the roommates

Yes that makes a lot of sense.. They definitely cut out quite a few important scenes I would assume 🤦🏻‍♀️ See these are exactly the kind of scenes I wanted of ML in early episodes

I meant of the letter in the episode 5 which fell into the hands of that guy who used to inform his mother. We did not get explanation for that only yet.

I am still waiting for an explanation on how the letters written to him fell into the hands of that guy. We have not got one. Have to assume that "somehow" that guy got hold of it. But hoping against hope there is one here.

Add me to that. I had little gripes here and there but was still sticking to the drama because there was still some explanation and reasoning behind every action.

I was under the impression that we have past this kind of trope long ago! Angst only works if there is real valid reason. I do not seem to find any but let's see. May be in future episodes we get a good logical reasoning. He is a Math genius he better have one 😄

Yep nothing in Youth dramas are new but how it is handled is. Anwyays we have the right to be collectively frustrated when the characters does something like this as well 😄

Again this is an assumption we have to make. And I do not believe for so many days kids were unaware. Anyways we will have to live with this assumption and move on 👍🏻

Exactly. There is no buildup at all with the ML . He is literally absent. They did not have to add new scenes. The scenes they had was enough. Just add a few shots of him and how he is dealing with it. Be it his look when his mother tore his letters or when their parents were having fights. If they had showed him aftermath of that for even a minute we would get his feelings. His presence in the story

From the beginning this is what is irking me in this drama to be honest. It should be "show don't tell" but its "tell don't show" here. Even for crucial ML scenes in the first few episodes they did the same.

Agree 💯 I could understand when his mom was in the picture. I would even encourage FL to not leave his side when he was in that suffocated environment. Now I don't see any reasons why he have to behave this way.

The news should still spread if they have left office. And no coming and going for days should become obvious for such a community who keeps track of everybody's house. The way she reacted and grandma said it had been a few days. So it is not consistent to the premise of the story. You will know when you watch it.
At the end of the day we can assume a lot of things or understand the context like you mentioned but that is what is happening in the story. We have to assume a lot. Every little thing need not be shown but when these kind of big things we will have to assume or just ignore then it just does not contribute to a good enjoying flow for the story.
Atleast that really bothers me. In a youth story, there is nothing big happening. It is little things like this that matters.
