Yeah I totally agree, "some people" are silly as they take their time to comment in a comment section for a drama that people shouldn't comment on that drama and go watch something else.. Silly indeed!

You realize that the comment section is for discussing the drama right? Meaning discussions of all opinions not just a glaze fest and jerk off session.. That means people like you can like the drama and violence while others might feel disgusted.. The power of free speech!

So far after 5 episodes this ML is up there with the most crazy psychotic disgusting POS.. Like OMG the torture he is putting FL through... Even if everything turns out to be a misunderstanding the actual torment he has done to FL for 3+ years is horrific..

I can't see this have a happy ending.. It's going to be one of those ML is so regretful for all the things he has done he finally sacrifices himself for FL or something.. Because them having any sort of romantic realistic relationship after this beginning would be the most unrealistic thing i've seen in years..

Like jesus christ he has tried to s*xually assault FL like 4 times already in first 5 episodes.. If they somehow try and salvage the ML and make him have a happy ending it's laughable..

Wen Mo Yan is once again literrally outstanding!! one of the most underrated and underappreciated second tier actresses, she gets way to little work.


But honestly the ML is a terrible actor.. The only parts that’s good is the actual chemistry and “sexiness” with FL but he’s so terrible at acting everything else just falls apart..If I only wanted softp*rn then he would be great but i feel bad for Wen Mo Yan because her overall performance are the only reason to watch this!


Also even though the 2FL is crazy and ML wasn’t cheating before the FL was asked to investigate he instantly went over the line with FL from like 2nd episode onwards untill full blown initiating cheating in like the 5th episode so he’s not a good guy either that was so easily swayed. And people saying “they were already divorced” well yes only ML and 2FL knew that and FL thought he was married and ML still initiated trying to have sex with her making her a mistress to everyone so scum either way.

Then he’s a pig and tries multiple times to basically s*xually assault her and it’s uncomfortable to watch him being psychopathically obsessed with her untill Stockholm syndrome kicks in and she gives up. ML is a real red flag guy, reminds me of ML in Well-intended love.. Just physically and mentally push until submission, zero subtstance relationship just built on obsession.

Is it just me or did the scene where ML’s wife all of a sudden was getting taken away by a random guy just come out of nowhere?

Like yes obviously ML was obsessed by FL but like the last scene before she just left it didn’t feel like she ever wanted to go?

Did she actually like metaphorically just divorce him on their driveway like that or what..

I just feel bad for the little sister SanSheng.. Like my god... Big sis ShengXue takes her with her to her earth trials so she should be responsible for her and yet she is useless and her naivete and also her stupid unrequited feelings for ML even though he and lil sis always had a bound and realized they loved each other since she saved him as a kid.. Still she allows everything to go south because her stupid clouded mind and lil sis has to sacrifice her soul and life to first save ML then give her dragon core to big sis and perish...

Then big sis still doesn't even mourn her sister which she brought to earth and neglected and died and gave her dragon core to her noo ... She cries because of unrequited love and gives her life to him not trying in some way to bring her sister back.. Worthless sibling just utter pathetic.

So what did ahe chose in the end? The “vision” of kids running around and she’s choses to remain in her new identity or chosing to stay in sect and protect the worlds abandoned children as it implies her words in the temple?

Where to watch?

If you have watched the intro and outro of any episode we clearly get some kind of brief spoiler that the Crown Prince will at some point hold DouZi in his arms and she is bleeding in her original body, so they will swap eventually and something will happen.

The consummate part doesn't make sense at all, I can't believe there are so many seemingly rape defenders/justifiers in here... There are millions of ways to "fake" a consummate test back then as seen in many shows, basically just "bleed" on the sheets or in some cases napkin.. Actual rape is not necessary when the humane thing would have been just faking the blood part and making some random noises for 5 minutes.

Okey I enjoyed and laughed my way through 23 and a half episodes and thought I understood everything.. But what happened there at the bridge in the end!!!?? FL(in ML’s body) made some kind of love proclamation out of nowhere and asking him to stay forever, then both of them smiling at each other lovingly in last scene!?

Did they want to imply they all of a sudden fell in love or what haha..

Well overall great chemistry and acting by leads and this is one of those mini dramas that probably will get some kind of “spinoff” season 2 role reversal twist.. Like “Attack of the Queen” or like next season somehow he is a king or something and she’s the rebel etc and then body swap.

I'm guessing you have finished it? If you have then F**K YEAH that Wuji actually decided to just walk away from Xiahui in the end!! OMG did not see that coming, was feeling the writers was gonna force upon us a redemption arc or something.. Like obviously Wuji was on another wavelength and they had grown to far apart..

And that he just saw her at the end at their usual meeting spot and same place as the opening scene but he just acknowledged her as she stood there like in pause waiting for his response and he just walked away.. So GOOOD!

Well it seems Hu Yue has moved on perfectly timed when Wuji then actually is single… So only option left for romance maybe somehow Wuji is left comforting Rui if something happens to Zhao Hui like he’s convicted?

Finally.. After episode 23/24 she showed her true colors and dumped poor Wuji after confessing to all her shady crimes and stuff after Wuji got suspicious because basically her boss is sponsoring their new house.. So she just confesses she is shady and basically saying ”I can never tell you anything, you just guilt trip me, I’m not the same I once was and I love what I do and also my cousin cares about me and I will continue walking my own way so we should break up”..

Absolute gold digger and dumpster fire of a girlfriend!

So far(I'm on episode 20) she's hasn't cheated yet but otherwise displayed every trait I was worried about. Fixation over material things, absolutely no qualms about breaking rules or laws.. She easily justifies her behavior and she knowingly is letting her boss spoil her with gifts and money and like openly court her while people gossip about it.. But then she's hypocritically overly zealous and jealous about Wuji for absolutely no reason except she's projecting her own questionable behavior towards her boss on him I guess.

When questioned from Wuji for all her shady behavior or why she's not quiting or she's letting her boss be to close or her cousin control her she's like "but he promised me a promotion, I can't quit now".. Like just utterly zero regards for anything except achieving her goals by any means... She is only really scared about facing consequences for her actions not at all troubled about the actions or morally gray stuff she does to reach her goals.. She's afraid about getting caught not any thing else..

She does seem to harbor true feelings for Wuji but she is letting her mother and cousin talk her into seeing him as a "tool" for getting rich and not really caring if she loves him or not. Like that she should only value him if he makes her rich otherwise she should look elsewhere and she's not really arguing against that so far...

She is a bit scary, she seems so sweet but man I just sense her doing something outrageous before this ends.

Or even worse.. She will get starstruck by the wealthy CEO that spoils her and gives her the pampered life she fantasizes about and she will forget all her past in a second and marry him instead leaving poor Wuji...

I've watched 8 episodes and.... Is it just me or doesn't it feel like Xiaohui's inferiority complex, self pittying and constant focus on getting a "better/richer" life will make her take shortcuts aka probably cheat on Wuji and sleep with her new boss Xiaofei/Wu Jr... I'm unfortunately get cheater vibes from her and that she easily would justify it to herself as just necessary stepping stones...

Spoilers ahead

The episodes from like 3-7 where most of it is the slowly growing relationship between two lost and confused souls in Erena and Sota is just beautiful.. 10/10... It really felt like they could have been the whole show going forwards because that part was brilliant and touching. For a otherwise overall more lighthearted and goofy drama the relationship between them are sometimes really heavy and emotional yet still they shine bright together and their chemistry are amazing.

It really felt like they are the perfect yin/yang and souls combined into the perfect match... So sad Saeko still was goofing around and the absolute worst timing ever and that Sota he hadn't broken out of his cursed Saeko spell yet and destroyed all possibilities for a happy ending.

I’m the opposite of an introvert but this drama almost made me one.. I’m the first one to cozy up and be close with people but this drama was uncomfortable at times for me..

Hard to explain but I couldn’t barely force myself to watch at times, was scrolling my phone like crazy and watching with one eye..

The second hand embarrassment and just feelings of weirded out by the “forced closeness” was to much at times.. Just ML coaxing and forcing FL to to touch or holding her hand just felt so uncomfortable at times!

Don’t know what it is, it’s a damn fluff cutezy drama with very lighthearted tone but still just felt tingles down my spine and grossed out at times even though it was 100% innocent and supposed to be cute…

Maybe it is that the FL actually looked uncomfortable throughout the whole drama and forced close even though the obvious lack of chemistry with ML. I never bought it and it never felt real at all and it always felt uncanny.

I just don’t understand how many ways these script writers can compete for the Guiness world record for most creative way for naive mindless FL’s to get coerced and manipulated into forced closeness and relationships by aloof wooden stiff ML’s…

Relationships should somewhat feel natural and this was anything but.
