So she’s manipulating them without even dating them!? Are they really men, or just weak simps with no brain to think with? I’m asking because I want to know if they actually make her smart and the men smart too, or if she’s the only smart one in the drama while all her “victims” are just weak, virgin simps who get manipulated easily. (I already know the ML is definitely one.) I’m not sure about the other victims. Thank you for answering.
Ugh...think there's something wrong with me. I love seeing the male leads simp and pine for A Jin.
most viewers I guess here is liking simps and call them green forest, it tells you they like to see men humiliating themselves for a woman and she plays with them like idiots 🤗😅😅 maybe I'm wrong
how much her body count!? I read she sleeping with every character in the drama!? 😅🤣🤣🤣 is she honey trap them to please her saickopat narcissist toxic personality!? thanks
You don’t like it don’t watch. Problem solved. Except we all know you’re going to watch coz it’s so good…
I’m not against exes; I just want MLs to have exes too, not be virgins that’s all , like also when they use love triangle cliche , most of the time sfl is evil and sml is more perfect than the ml 😒🙃😅 . I’ve watched Touch Your Heart; it’s a good drama. I’ve also watched Her Private Life, See You in My 17th Life, and Destiny to You (a K-drama where the ML have a girlfriend and the FL was single ).
Lol, wdym? The main audience for these dramas are women. And these classic plots allow them to vicariously live…
I agree with you. It’s successful because the audience is mostly women, and they make the ML nearly perfect always doing what audience dream men would do in real life . I also see what you meant about toxic exes. In general, it’s disrespectful to compare a nearly perfect person to a toxic, lowlife one. But in dramas, like you said, they use it to bring the leads closer and create cute scenes, like the ML’s jealousy and also his “Superman” moments saving her from the ex.
I’ve never read negative comments about this kind of K-drama if the ML is nearly perfect and they have good chemistry. You only see negative comments if there’s no chemistry because these tropes without good chemistry are a death sentence for any drama, even if the leads are A list actors.
You don’t like it don’t watch. Problem solved. Except we all know you’re going to watch coz it’s so good…
I’m just talking about the K-drama world in general, not about this drama, And be sure, I’m not watching, because I know it’s the same tropes with different actors. If it’s different after it ends, then I watch it because I'm still waiting for a different rom-com for ages . I mean, for example: the FL is strong and has boundaries with her ex if he’s in the picture; she doesn’t forgive her family without them doing something to deserve forgiveness; she doesn’t break up with the ML because of her lies and makes an effort in the relationship for him instead of choosing to break up; and the ML doesn’t act like a simp, blindly chasing after her without her doing anything to redeem her lies .
It's not "always" like that in fact i can think of more MLs with an annoying ex (or a fiancee/fiancee-to-be)…
Recent K-dramas? I don’t think I know that many. If you want, give me some K-dramas where the male lead has an ex, and the female lead has never dated or has dated, but her ex is not in the picture , and she likes the male lead even when his ex is around. Thank you.
and ml have some strange illness can't touch women, exept fl she's special lol
Lol, I give up on K-dramas to have the different ideas for rom-coms , the same clichés with different actors , they just sell it with the chemistry between the leads and some good comedy that uses those clichés in a decent way "kind of"
Is it forbidden in K-dramas , especially rom-coms for the ML to have an ex and be normal rich man even if he doesn't dating !? Why does the FL always have exes, usually toxic ones, and she was making more effort in the relationship , and the ML has to fight the ex and sometimes get jealous if fl friends with him ? And why do we always get the selfish, evil family who treats the FL (ml) like she isn’t even part of the family!?
Why are rom-coms always the same tropes with different actors? Same storyline every time: meet → fake dating → real dating → breakup/get back together. ML falls first and harder, while the FL has no boundaries with her ex !!!
Poor FL and rich ML… now it’s become as common as humans breathing oxygen lol.
1. The chemistry is insane, dynamite levels2. They are both amazing actors which means their acting is not cringe3.…
Is it like in recent K-dramas where the female lead has some ex in picture , and the male lead has crazy illness that prevents him from dating women, so he never did and the female lead becomes the cure because she's special 🙃 thank you
First episode, and I see the FL slapping the ML even though he didn’t do anything , she only think it was a dream, and she still doesn’t apologize as if nothing happened. 😒😔One of the most cliché things I hate in C-dramas is how easily they make FLs slap MLs, and then the MLs just act like nothing happened sometimes ( always) even falling for the one who slapped them 🤡.I can already imagine how many things the ML will have to do just to make the FL fall for him again a d has to wait and tolerate everything, I bet he’ll end up being one of those simps in female-centric dramas all about women’s empowerment and independence and men are second degree citizens , where his only role is to be supportive and "beg" for love.I really hope this one is different and not like the usual female-centric costume C-dramas .oh boy if they give fl another love interest and she has to marry or something like that, and if there a separation between them for some years it will be perfect for recycling same sh** tropes and cliches with different actors.
man, looking at the comments here I start to question some you guys' tastes and even know how to watch a drama.…
It’s just the same thing the ML loves the FL more than his own life, while the FL likes him like she likes anyone else. I’ll wait until she remembers him to see how she reacts. Will she even feel half of what he felt when he thought she died?
What I dislike about Asian dramas recently is that the ones who show deep emotions, fall first and harder, make more effort, and build their whole life around their love interest are always the MLs. Meanwhile, the FLs only seem to like the ML conditionally. You can feel that if the ML didn’t do all that, she wouldn’t even like him.
Her feelings always come with terms and limits, and she easily breaks up with the ML for her own reasons without thinking about him. Then he has to accept it and wait until she finishes whatever “more important” things she has before she decides to get back together 😂
I don’t know about this FL yet, but I bet like always , the ML’s love is ten times stronger than hers if we could measure it 😅 and it will be normal if they make sml fall for her first and likes her too before start liking the sfl , and jealousy cliche, I can imagine the cringe if they make him in her body and get jealous because of SML and has to pretend 😅 I hope it's not like this sh*t cliche . and have a good reason for doing that.
So, in this drama, there’s a love triangle the female lead kissed both the male lead and the second male lead, and she even slept with both. The male lead found them in the same room, and instead of doing anything, he just glared at her angrily.
Throughout the whole drama, whenever the male lead did something she didn’t like, she slapped him. But when she did the same or even worse, he just cried about it and kept suffering because of her. She humiliated him by getting close to the second male lead, supposedly for a “good reason,” but in the end, it was pointless because she could’ve found out what she needed without kissing or sleeping with him.
Still, she did it , and the male lead kept crying, confessing his love, and simping for her 🤣😅🤣. He’s honestly in the top 5 most simping male leads, and almost a “cucumber,” because he acted like what she did wasn’t a problem ,as if it was all for a good reason, lol.
So basically, every time they had a problem, she could just kiss or sleep with another man to “solve it,” and he’d be okay with it I mean He had no say to start with so it's her decision , or else she’d slap him again if he didn't want to listen . this how I feel about this because I hate something called love triangle and simping mls without any personality just crying and getting slapped and watch his love being with another man and saves her everytime and cook and clean for her while she chilling
about the 7 point, I read that she had a crush on the sml for more than half of the drama and I watch some clips…
Thank you for answering, but in my opinion, that’s exactly what a love triangle is. A friend even said the SML kissed her( ep 6 ) while the ML was watching, and that she spent more than half of the drama crushing on sml. The ML also listened to her confession when she was thinking confessing to sml . To me, all of this makes it a love triangle. I dropped it at episode 4 , I regret downloading all the episodes. 🥲
ML character is really pathetic. Another male character who has cursh on FL is beyond pathetic. Nothing special…
What’s even crazier to me is her confession that she was with many men just to forget him , and that she was actually a good girlfriend to her cheating ex before he cheated .
Meanwhile, the ML stayed celibate for eight years, traveling to the city just to see her from a distance, supporting her, never trying to forget her, and never seeing other women. Yet somehow, he’s the one who has to do everything againto get back the relationship.
And then she has the nerve to blame him and their friends for not asking about her problems , like what kind of logic is that? 😂 She wasn’t even a good friend to any of them! For eight years she didn’t know anything about their lives, while they always supported her, watched her on the news, and were proud of her , and they didn't asked her just to not make her sad and help her forget but still she blames them and they cry for her again .
The SML was a pathetic simp in every sense of the word.
And then comes another cliché , when they finally get back together, she suddenly acts like a teenager virgin whenever he tries to be intimate 🤡, The poor guy waited eight years, while she was out there dating multiple men to “forget” him, and had just broken up with her ex 😅🤣 I guess she was satisfied in that regard so she didn't need it 🙃 like the ml who was celibate.
Yet the ML still worships her, accepts the tiniest smile from her, and would literally give his life for it.
Then, of course, they try to make it seem like she’s sacrifice also “waiting” for him at the end while he chases his dream , but in reality, it’s just so she can keep working without feeling guilty about leaving him again because he didn't want to go to city . And in the end, he’s the one who moves to the city for her, so she doesn’t have to sacrifice even a little or do something for him only .
And she still working with her ex in the end! 🤯 Let's not talk about he cheated on her , but she didn't even think about ml seeing her ex who hurt her working with her !? It's another way to say she's in control and he has no say about it
The ML existed in drama only to worship her, make her happy, sacrifice for her, and tolerate anything she does. He was the perfect man for her, but she was never even close to being on his level.
what the f !? she even kissed sml !? this is 🤡 and ml is a cucumber after he just get with it and still they…
I know, unfortunately they’re crazy 🙃, and also about sad endings most of the time just because they like them . I stopped watching Asian dramas in general, except for a few good ones that don’t have love triangles or too many clichés , especially the “break up just to break up” and time-skip ones, like the recent K-drama To the Moon 😅🤣😂
what the f !? she even kissed sml !? this is 🤡 and ml is a cucumber after he just get with it and still they…
thank you for answering I appreciate it. and sorry for rants, I just let my frustrations out 🙂😅
They like to make male leads into cucumbers lol, watching their love interest get close to another man, and one she actually likes, in this drama. I’m allergic to love triangles, so I didn’t even finish it. I dropped it after just four episodes because the female lead was crushing on the second male lead for more than half of the drama and even imagined him on the male lead’s face. The male lead had to listen to her confess to his friend and even see that friend kiss her, and she still acted like nothing happened. She even seemed to like it just because it was from her crush.
What I hate is how they write men as the biggest simps possible while giving the female lead all the choices. In this one, she even gets kissed and still stays friends with him like it’s no big deal. What’s unique (and frustrating) about J-dramas is that the female lead usually apologizes or comforts the guy who forced a kiss on her , and she doesn’t even stop him 😒. But when it comes to the male lead, she curses him, disrespects him from the start, and misunderstands him even though he didn’t do anything wrong 😒.
Yet her crush, who literally kissed her without her consent, is still “the best man she knows” 😅🤣😂. I just get frustrated, even without watching the rest , because the male lead still falls for her while she’s worshipping his friend, and he has to see her get kissed by him. So every time that friend gets drunk and depressed over his girlfriend, he can come to the female lead for comfort, kiss her thinking she’s his girlfriend, or even force himself on her, and she’ll still make him breakfast the next morning. I watch a drama she literally did this and his excuse later for doing that is that he tested her to see if she's a good wife to his best friend, and she just saying sorry sorry and she Wash his clothes and make him food staying in the house while the husband working 😒
I read below that fl kissed sml ep 6 and she didn't kissed ml till episode 8 !? is it true!? thank you
That’s the worst thing about J-dramas in general for me , the female leads usually have no boundaries or values when it comes to the second male leads and accept anything even if he tried worse than kissing.
If she ended their friendship afterward, that would be a little okay. But I know how it goes in J-dramas the FL acts like the SML didn’t do anything wrong . I bet she even apologizes for not kissing him back or something , then pretends it never happened.not even say a thing bad about him like she was saying to ml in his face in Korean 😔🤔
Thank you for answering.
