I can’t see anything in these dramas except making the FLs look more controlling or above the ml indirectly, and more desired by men when they don’t give much effort and just focus on her self not on her man .

If you notice, when the FL is with her bad ex, she actually puts in more effort, but he cheats on her or doesn’t appreciate it. Then after the breakup, she suddenly “focuses on herself,” and that’s when the ML, the SML, and other men start falling for her. 😅🙃
This happens even more in C-dramas. Also, most MLs are either virgins or single while they watch the FL date other men or cry over them, one bad drama last year gl even talk with her boyfriend in front of mo about he didn't satisfied her and she buy condoms from ml and later ml watch her still close to her ex who cheated on her and make it comedy how they all sleep on same bed and she's between them .

It’s like they flipped the old trope before MLs were playboys or toxic, and now they’ve gone to the other extreme, making MLs with almost no personality or dignity.
And if you notice, most of the comedy scenes are about making the ML look stupid or silly get hit and thrown and fall , the FL often dislikes him from the start, even when he hasn’t done anything wrong to her. She calls him names, and later she rarely apologizes for that.
I also agree with you that if the roles were reversed, the drama would immediately be canceled and the director and writer would be called misogynistic.

The MLs in these dramas are just there to love the FLs and make themselves look silly because of jealousy, fighting the SML or another man in the drama only to love the FL until the end.
Meanwhile, she focuses on her career while the ML keeps chasing after her.
After a long time skip, we even see her dating other men while the ML stays single forever until he meets her again. Some of them even watch the FL from afar.
Like in Welcome to Samdal-ri, for eight years he stayed single and supported her from the shadows, while the FL tried to forget him by being with other men until she got cheated on. Only then does she think about going back to her town.
And the ML still has to make the effort to win her back, not the other way around 😅😂

yes, but as me you watch many cdramas and you know what I'm talking about slapping mls is normal fls don't even slap the scumbags exs but mls get slaps right and left 🙂 and they never apologize later for it as it's a giving and he deserve it, most of the time mls still need to apologize for their misbehaving and their red flags, but fls I can name a few fls that apologize for ml, they always act like apologizing is making them low or something, and this in modern and ancient cdramas and kdrama, and you see many evil smls cross the fls boundaries but they will never slap them. an example if you watch sweet love cdrama sml forced a kiss on her and she didn't do anything and still say he's a nice guy when her boyfriend ml get punched saving her, this next level humiliating for man and she slaped ml because he lie to her to help her 🙃

yes this rating is one of best ratings in this app, if they didn't change the plot or their personalities I think it will be higher. because it have everything the majority of viewers like.

ml is submissive and fl strong and independent and ml fall on his head from first episode for fl, fl cute but can kill, ml charismatic and smart and everything else but still can't say a word against fl and take slaps with a smile what a woman can ask for, so most fans are woman it's the dream man for them 😂😅
