And, I also love how clear they were with the plot. The writers choosing to write so many kisses and PDA scenes clearly says that it is a novel, and exactly such kinds of novels are loved by everyone. It didn’t have the exact Joseon vibe because she didn’t time travel to the past; she switched bodies with the side character of the novel.
it was actually pretty good. i don't know why so much people hating on this. if you like silly romance dramas,…

Also, a fun fact: this is the only time travel drama between a real life and fiction I have seen where the characters who switched bodies were actually happy and doing great in others’ worlds. So that's another positive point.
Hey, if you want to watch this, go ahead. The reviews are weird for this one, but if you are one of those binge watchers, you’re gonna be blessed with this story. It has the right amount of everything. That ending was so beautiful. They tied both the real world and the novel world with a beautiful ending. It is very enjoyable; you will laugh, may cry, but ultimately fall for the chemistry and the simplicity of the story here.
I know he is ML in the novel, so he is alive, but that entrance, damn! Also, I like how this is the only drama I have seen of travel from the real world to the book, where both the characters not only switch bodies completely but also love their new lives.
yes he said as soon as he possess them they loose their mind and he can't say any long in their body. he also said it may be gyeon u miss fortune that makes his body much more stable with spirit like his. this is the reason i suspect yeomhwa intentionally made gyeon u have all missfortune cause she was going to give gyeon u as last meal to bong su but instead he possessed gyeon u
Okay, what if Yeom Hwa is Gyeon-u's mother? Farfetched, but what if? I know it doesn't make sense, and I'll probably be wrong, but still her outburst after casting the unity spell in preview makes me wonder.
After episode 6, I think Bong Su tricked Yeomhwa into believing that he is an evil spirit because we see small…
But then I remember he consumed 99 souls to wake up and became a patron deity. I guess since he takes an interest in Seong a, he is behaving that way, but I do think he might have the potential to harm. Also, the deal he made with Gyeon U was to use his body when needed.

After episode 6, I think Bong Su tricked Yeomhwa into believing that he is an evil spirit because we see small snippets of his memory, and he looks like he was a teenager when he died, so he is just restless and wants to live a little, hence his behaviour far now. Also, God, he is such a mood.
i love how they kept Bong su a humanized spirit rather than dark and evil. He looks like a teenager who missed out on everything and just want to live a little. This makes the consistency in the tone of the drama is not suddenly dark and gloomy it is lighthearted filled with comic times while still being serious. Also Choo Young Woo what an acting range you got man. In a flip of seconds, you can clearly notice the change in mannerism when he is Gyeon U and Bong Su
I know the story seems dragging, but I still enjoyed it. Now, to talk about the title "Cinderella at 2 a.m.", I have no idea why that name is given, but to think back. When she accepted the money, she said that before midnight, Cinderella was enjoying herself with the prince. At 12, she ran to hide her true self, but what about later that night? Does she want a prince to find her? Will he accept the way she is? She talks about how at 1-2-3 a.m., she was dreading that the shoes left behind and the prince might end up finding her. The limbo that she stayed in was the main plot line of the story. It's not a fairy tale anymore for Cinderella after midnight, so that's why the drama is not a fairy tale. Till she didn't know the status of ML, she was enjoying and fine with their relationship. When she learnt that he was a prince, she ran to hide her identity (hence accepted the money), but after the confusion, she still has feelings for the ML, but giving word to the mother, she will leave. She wants to be found and stay hidden at the same time. But we all know how the story ends.
