Title Pretty Crazy
I watched it because of that reel showing the man about to jump off the bridge, and I'm so happy I decided to watch it. For me, it’s 10. It’s a movie I can rewatch again and again. Very heartwarming and funny. It kinda had a good balance.

I hope I am wrong but did the mother just say ML did not want her to see her son? That's gaslighting! Grrrr...
Yes and that fact that she only came back to sell the property so a resort can be constructed then through which she will be benefiting the money and not to see her child like for once she didn’t made a single attempt to see her child and now she is gaslighting that the uncle didn’t allowed her to visit.

I question all your detective skills... First, the prosecutor blamed LaIk so the POLICE DID NOT DO A REAL INVESTIGATION…
Wow, there were few comments where people said she was not wearing gloves that why i made this comment and since the drama is fresh my other comments are not visible anymore except this one. My other comments do mirror what you said in first three line. But then you maybe more frustrated than me to address this as bi*ching

Throughout the movie promo, they brought the doll, and I thought this was because Cha Eun Woo is in the military, so he can’t be there, and since this is a comedy movie, they chose the quirkiest way to promote, but dude, nowhere in the description did they warn me about this.

I think what the intent here is that the police were incompetent and/or they were told to wrap it up very quickly…
Yes that is what should have happened but till the end the writer omitted any single scene that could hint to this that' how it becomes as weak writing job

The apartment should have been searched by the police. They would have certainly looked in the safe. It's strange…
Yeah it like in the glory the pink lighter was never sent to forensic department cause they thought it belonged to Soo hee but what made the difference there was the fact writer showed why this happened, the bribe mother gave to the police who covered the case and rushed it to declare it a suicide but here, till ep 11 I thought the dad for sure will be revealed as a person who is involved cause he seems to know his daughter whereabouts all the time maybe that's why he will going to be aware of the crime she committed and reached out to chief prosecutor before the proper investigation was started but in ep 12 there is NO info on this

Some of yall really need help for real. This comment section has been invaded by deranged parasocial fans, Incels…
thank you for your comment I'm deciding not to read the comment section throughout the entirety of this drama cause I just started and I'm liking it so I don't want to spoil my mood

Honestly, that cleaning scene is bad. There must be evidence everywhere, even if not the fingerprint, but definitely hair, skin, and DNA

But many kdrama utter that during rain, evidence gets tempered, and it will not be the first kdrama where police did a lousy investigation. But still, the writing could have been better

And to people who did see the gloves, this is for you. When the person grabs the phone, they are wearing gloves, which are somewhat invisible because of the color grading they did in that scene. I can look up the time stamp.

Edit: ep-11, at 42:14 (look at the hand, there is no gloves), but at 45:08 (when they begin cleaning there are gloves), then after washing the hand, and they came back out with gloves at 46:03, it get more clear at 46:10, 46:21, 46:26, 46:35, 47:06, 47:09, 47:11, 48:10-13 (it's a quick shot)

unfortunately because of dumb people on X that can't tag spoilers, i was spoiled who the killer was just when…
That' super annoying especially in mystery thriller or horror cases all I can say is you still can watch how the culprits manipulate things and all and you will end up with much more nuanced pov than rest of commenters here. That' the best possible way but if it really affects your experience I'll say reading a simple detailed summary will do the work

Okay, I have a big question. Was this drama supposed to have more than 12 episodes? The last 3 episodes felt rushed, and the final episode was heavily cut to finish within the 12-episode limit. 14 episodes would have made more sense, as I didn't find it dragging much in the middle. Maybe that's because I binged it all at once until episode 11 (so people who might have watched 2 episodes a week could feel like it was dragging and then rushed).

I don't know if I have an issue with her father's case not being solved, since it was always a very minor side plot, so her proving that the prime witness was pressured by the prostecutor which led to reopening for fresh investigation, was good enough closure for me. Then the prosecutor and the detective addressing her father (CP) will definitely have a problem, as it has now been reopened.

Girl same. I've been saying this from the start.
After the reunion, I decided I didn’t have to forgive to move ahead [maybe some people never change]. I don't even need to stay in contact or in the same space as this person, as they add no value to my life. I'm doing much better now. It did make me more cautious towards the new people I meet in person.

The murder reveal felt quite anticlimactic after all the build up of the different suspects.
Honestly I thought it might be as good as the thriller plot was in Miss Night and Day but this was laughably baldy written

Girl same. I've been saying this from the start.
the thing is he was her bully, he made her school life living hell, she tried to commit suicide at one point and eventually left the school.

I get bullies can change and that true but if he was just a bully to someone else I could have given a second thought but he was her bully and then they meet years later when he realized who she was he still addressed as (naem-sae) still talked down while reminding who her father was. Maybe they most they can get to is acquaintances at same workspace kinda.

I was not a bully in school but was a victim of bullies who emotionally bullied me and made me feel invisible every day, while calling me their friend. I decided to never keep them in my contact once I'm out of school. I met her in reunion she is studying to become a doctor, entire time she still made me feel invisible, talked down to me on how the career I choose is meaningless. Felt like I was back in school sharing my desk with her, while being so polite and posh in front of others.

knowing who the killer is now makes so much sense lol but its just not written well like their fingerprints was…
I also think the scene where Imhwa chairman is asking to manipulate the investigation, knew it all, and was behind this botched investigation.

Title Idol I Spoiler
At the end of episode 10, when he took out that earring, my jaw was on the floor, and then I was like, " Yes,…
Okay, so let give all the bright side of this spectrum first, (through my POV)

Hye-joo seems a bit too off to me at a few places; even in the flashback, I find her a bit off, as well as every time she meets Maeng Sena.[I honestly don't want to use the word unhinged because that doesn't truly fit here, so bit off it is.]

Now I do think her father knows about this to some extent.
He[the dad] is aware of all of her activities, and maybe that’s why he went ahead, before the investigation even started properly, to contact the chief prosecutor, and asked to manipulate the investigation, which makes me believe the CP also somewhat is aware of the real culprits. [This is subtle sub context here is she was a chaebol and he was just an idol, yes through cultural norms idols and actors are still low in the hierarchy level in Korea even though they have millions of fans as power is often manipulated by chaebol very easily so the CP is again ready to do this to be on Imhwa group's good side].

So her father's manipulation of investigation and evidence, as well as reports, makes more sense than what episode 11 has shown [I mean ep 12 is still left, so let's see].
But honestly, police not doin their job properly will not be the first time wonder in kdrama; they saw a well-loved artist alone in his house with a dead body proving him murder would have gotten the publicity, name, and maybe promotion too, and then the prosecutor is also supporting the same thought process, it not a huge flaw that they did a lousy investigation.

CP kept forcing his son to blame on Do Laik to dive down the same publicity, was the surface truth but in reality it he was doing what Imhwa chairman is asking: proving Laik as murder will not only keep his daughter safe but also this way he will create a proper wedge between her daughter and her first love and hide the fact that she was in psyche ward + it will definetely help CP in future when it comes to elections.

Now the flaws that can't be missed;

1. Do Laik's reaction after learning Hye-joo had killed his best friend and still went ahead with killing Jae-hee was way too plain, my guy.
2. The writing could have been tighter [better and at least logical in some places, dude who creates passwords like that?], the screenplay should have been better, but it is not.
3. the entire cleaning scene 🤦🏻‍♀️
