I felt the same but half way through his trip, i understood why it was written into the script. In the novel, it says he took time out to reflect on what had just happened but they didnt say what all he did exactly. In this episode, it showed him relecting but in a healthy way. In most dramas, the MLs tend to go towards alcohol to punish themselves but in here, he travelled but at the same time he took time to learn about the business. It shows him wiser and mature in how he handled that situation. To me, he just showed another level of growth.

I tried my very best not to skip scenes in episode 23 with rottweiler and her daughter on screen🙄 Everytime the camera went close to the daughter, it looked like they piled a lot of makeup on her face that made her look older. Both mother and daughter are great examples of 🍵 biatches😂.

Its taking long because the writer included the skiing episodes to her script which were not in the novel. But this drama is more about relationship growth. Some healthy relationships start with being good friends then the confirmed relationship status will follow.
