It’s not true. CZY had already finished his makeup hours ago and went to the filming location. The crew didn’t film yesterday, but they resumed today.
However, a few hours ago, a rumor started spreading online that the crew had stopped filming. Then I saw CZY getting ready and heading to the set… See? Online rumors are just that....rumors.
You really can’t always trust what’s being spread online.

CZY has suffered so much because people blindly believe those baseless rumors just because “the internet said so.” You know? It’s fine to believe something harmless but when it ends up hurting someone and people start hating on someone over that, it’s just dumb. Some people are really foolish and so easy to manipulate.

LOL I read somewhere online that some parts of the novel between MTH and YG are really spicy! 😆 I’ll have to find some time to read the novel too. Too bad we definitely won’t get those scenes in the drama but hopefully they’ll still show the tension and chemistry of their forbidden love on screen.

He went to Beijing twice, spent less than a day there each time and then went back to film in Hengdian.
I’m not sure why he had to rush to Beijing twice like that.

I guess they want to add more intense scenes to the drama to make it more engaging.

If it’s done right, this could turn out to be an epic love story between a Female Officer and the Emperor... a tale of forbidden love set against a backdrop of political intrigue. And yep, I’ll have to wait another year to watch it! 😢

I’m not sure whether the drama will change the story or not, but personally, I hope they don’t, it’s really good. I haven’t read the entire novel yet, but I already like it just from the synopsis alone.

Yeah, I really feel like CZY is the romantic type, the kind of guy who would do sweet little things for his loved one. After a long day of work, instead of resting, he still went on livestream to cook! 😂 He even asked fans how to cook it properly during the stream. He just wanted to spend time with his fans since they were waiting to celebrate his birthday with him 🥹💖

There’s such a funny and heartwarming dynamic between CZY and his fans.
Even though he often films very late at night, fans still wait to see him when he heads back to his car. He always tells them to go home but they stubbornly refuse because they’re so worried about him. Sometimes, CZY is left speechless and just looks at them like, ‘You guys!!’ 🤣🤣

There was even one time when the fans got so hungry that they started eating instant noodles together while waiting. When CZY came back and saw them, he just stared.....completely speechless again with that expression like he couldn’t decide whether to be mad or to laugh 🤣🤣 Fans said the scene was hilarious, imagine your idol coming back to find you eating instant noodles like crazy in the middle of the night! 🤣🤣

It’s always YZ’s side that keeps coming out on social media to talk and slander nonstop. CZY has never said a word, yet he still gets hate.
Has he ever complained? Nope. Honestly, anyone who hates on CZY just because of something Aunt Yu said is just as an idiot as this Aunt Yu is.
You really can’t reason with people like that especially those from X 🫤

Even so, CZY remains silent on Weibo and everywhere else. He’s been working nonstop on the drama, the same one YZ keeps badmouthing the male lead from. Still, I’ll definitely watch it when it airs, because CZY has already poured so much effort into it. His hard work shouldn’t go to waste.

At least he has one on set, but during the day he keeps going back and forth between filming and his trailer, so he doesn’t really get much chance to relax. He also has to stay alert in case the crew is ready for the next scene at any moment.

I just checked Weibo, some people said he has to wrap up the drama filming quickly so he can undergo collarbone surgery and rest. If that’s true, he might not be able to attend the event, and honestly, I’d rather see him take some time off than push himself to go.

Fans also mentioned that he’s been filming until 1 a.m. for three nights in a row and sometimes even waiting around for three hours before shooting starts. This crew is just… 🤬 I have no words. It’s really better for him to finish up and move on.

I just want to highlight CZY’s voice dubbing.
Being born in Shenzhen, he naturally has a Cantonese-Mandarin accent which is very hard to change especially for voice acting. On top of that, he can be a bit slurred when speaking sometimes, so he must have put in a tremendous amount of effort to nail the voice acting.

I just saw that JSWP is about to wrap up soon. Next, I’m hoping for a modern romance drama or a male-centric historical drama with a touch of romance 🙏

Understood 😊 His comeback in the historical drama as FSG is truly impressive. I’m proud of him too!
As an actor, it’s great to see him expanding into different types of roles, I’ll definitely be cheering him on as his audience.
Can’t wait for General Tang, Chen Shan and Emperor Ying Gua next!
