Chen is great as always 😍but actualy, it seems that I will watch it only because of him, the effects and costumes…
I was quite worried at first, since many people often comment on LQ’s romantic scenes and how her dramas usually end sadly. But surprisingly, she’s doing well in this drama when it comes to the ‘almost romantic’ moments and I can already feel some chemistry between them, even though they’re not in love yet. Definitely worth continuing to watch.
This second male lead AGAIN, sick of him terrorizing my Cdramas 🙄🙄
To be honest, they shouldn’t keep typecasting him like this. I really like how he looks in this drama and his team should find him more diverse roles to play while he’s still young.
Finally, I have time to watch the drama! Even though I’m a CZY fan, I honestly didn’t expect him to pull off such a crazy, ruthless prince at this level, truly amazing. I’m glad he took on this role because it breaks the image of him always being the green-flag ML, even if some viewers complain that he’s a bit too brutal toward FL 😅. This really proves his range as an actor, showing he doesn’t need to rely on the same type of roles or typecasting.
I just started buttt if at the end ML give up his title for love and to live in the country side I’m gonna lose…
Based on the novel, he won’t give up either his love for the FL or his duty to rule his country, classic FSG. But I’m not sure if they’ll change that in the drama or not.
Enemies to lovers, hate to love.Drama industry has made this trope so common that it seems like a compulsory genre…
Actually, I quite agree with you. Many C-dramas have repetitive plots and most are based on novels. Novels with sassy ML and FL characters usually gain a lot of reader attention, like the ‘hate first, love later’ trope, because readers find it more exciting than a story where the ML and FL fall in love right at the beginning. Also, China produces many dramas each year across multiple platforms, airing episodes almost every day not like K-dramas which typically air just 1–2 episodes per week. So, we would see more repetitive plots in C-dramas than in K-dramas.
I seriously can't wait to see Chen Zhe Yuan's boyish charm merged with dark prince persona fleshed out in Fated…
Same here, he’s my bias 😁 I’ll watch whatever drama he’s in. He’s known for his green flag characters, so I’m glad he wants to challenge himself by taking on different types of roles and stepping out of his comfort zone. Otherwise, he would just be a typecast actor.
I hope Fated Hearts will be the sizzling intense enemies-to-lovers drama which I hoped Shadow Love to be and it…
Sorry, I haven’t watched SL yet. Anyway, from FH’s trailer, it looks like the ML gets bullied a lot by the FL, like poking at his wounds from an arrow she shot at him, kidnapping and torturing him and even threatening him with a knife whenever she can 😅 I also saw a clip where she bites him and he bites her back 🤣 like, man! what are you doing? I’m not sure if that’s what you’re looking for 😅 but FL is really strong in this one. We’ll definitely see the intensity between them by tomorrow.
I have watched the 1st trailer a long time ago. I don't even remember it but I know CZY is amazing so I'm watching…
From the trailers, it looks like the drama will have both angsty and funny moments. In the latest trailer, the political palace scenes seem intense with lots of fight scenes.
The ML’s character is ruthless toward the FL at the beginning and FL is a badass, so she fights back. But since their goal is to find out who wants to kill the FL, they end up cooperating to uncover the culprit with many funny moments between them and ML’s soldiers inside the palace.
The king, ML’s father appears brutal and uneasy with ML and the conflict between the two kingdoms seems intense. This is what I’ve gathered from the various trailers and clips released so far.
Why I'm seeing other comments in some post on X, Facebook and Instagram about some international fans will boycott…
Hmmm, it has nothing to do with the another actors or dramas. I haven’t been following this case closely, so I’m not sure what really happened, but I also feel sorry for Yu Menglong. I hope he gets justice for whatever caused his tragedy.
Where is the exit button for this mid-air fighting scene of Chen Zheyuan? Are you saying that the sword was thrown out by Chen Zheyuan and then turned 360 degrees in the air and grasped again, which is the degree of unity between man and sword. The handsome guy's reaction speed and fighting fluency are already next level. I thought it was photoshopped, but I didn't expect him to complete the whole set of movements so smoothly.
The sword was held firmly as soon as it completed the rotation, and the wrist flip was full of power. Chen Zheyuan has trained his muscle memory through countless rotations and moves behind the scenes. I thought his fighting was smooth before, and this time he showed his skills even more. He was handsome and cool in the fluttering brocade robe, and he completely substituted the character Feng Sui Ge's rebellious aura. I'm already rubbing my hands and waiting for #A Smile Follows the Song# the famous fighting scenes in the main film.
