i am on ep11 JUST SAYING if it was crime thriller or psychopath drma then that bone(dragon bone->human...💀🤣)…
tbh i had this feeling even in the earlier episodes like when he smiles at her leaving that breakfast food stall (i think the 1st time they met after their first appointment). i was torn between thinking "its cute he likes her so soon" and "if the music was scary music and dark lighting i wouldnt even question it right now" 🤣🤣
I really really want the ML to also have memories of his past life, Blossom and princess royal were just too good…
The ML in Blossom does not have any memories of the past life. He just has a few vague dreams of the FL (in a mask) & feels an inexplicable connection to her.
so youku users…is there a way to notify them about the subtitles? cause the timing is way off about 23 minutes…
i watch on an "alternative" site and the subs also have an issue starting at around 19 minutes :/ so it must be the source subs from Youku that's the problem, so not just you
As of episode 3 I think at least so far I like Zhang Wang Yi's character here more than the ones in Are You The One and Rise Of Ning (those are the only other 2 dramas i have seen of him) - the characters feel a bit similar to each other but here he's more outwardly expressive (even if so far thats mostly been him putting on a front lol)
I was really confused in ep 3 because at first i thought the women visiting (her elder sister Jiang Qian) was her merchant best friend from the previous episodes (the one who married her ex fiance, I can't find her on the cast list). I was hoping to compare their MDL photos to see if they actually look similar or if my brain is just playing tricks on me
watching ep 1 now - just have to say i am so easily influenced when the opening credits are either artsy like this (rise of ning, flourished peony are also like this for example or even a modern drama example The Best Thing) or uses mainly non-spoilerly cinematic shots (like blossom and new life begins).
my brain goes oh- the intro is artsy and intriguing so it must be good 😆
I really appreciate the way this drama frames it's episodes, it makes it really worthwile to watch while airing. I have noticed some cdramas cut their episodes almost randomly but the episodes here are done very intentionally.
menstruatal cycles are not the same thing as just going to the bathroom... there's no reason women should feel…
If you didn't even watch the full scene then why comment about it???? She WAS shy and embarrassed about it, but the ML (as any man in the medical field should) just tells her she doesn't need to be embarrassed because having a healthy cycle is important.
If you want to express your thoughts, why not do it until you actually watch the scene.
And it's not "romanticizing" periods, it's just normalizing talking about them like normal adults.
I really hope the misunderstanding gets resolved by the end of the episode. Obviously if there's no conflicts at all it would be quite boring but this type of comedic misunderstanding is one of my least favorite - where we know but the character doesn't. It's just painful to watch a person make decisions on faulty information 😠mega 2nd hand embrassment
I hate to have small, small things that sorts of ruin a potentially good show for me but is it a trend for writers…
menstruatal cycles are not the same thing as just going to the bathroom... there's no reason women should feel ashamed to talk about their periods ESPECIALLY in any kind of clinical setting. I don't like "toilet humor" either, but nothing about that scene was "toilet humor". if you just can't handle talk about any kind of bodily function, i'm not sure why you're watching a show with a medical theme.
Originally I dropped this after a few episodes, but then I was wanting to watch a modern setting drama while waiting for more TFF & TBT, so I picked it up again. I ended up skipping through a lot. Unfortunately it's hard to get into the gaming parts when they only show the screen for a few seconds at a time, so you just have to rely on the commentary but I can't really mentally visualize a pvp game I haven't played personally or watched full gameplay of.
I'm actually surprised the game is a real game after looking it up, ngl I thought they just made something up for the drama since the original novel used League of Legends. I guess that's why the graphics were more detailed than expected. But I really wish they would have shown more gameplay, like have it on screen in the corner while they're doing all those cuts to the characters faces. At least then I could actually follow along better.
I’m truly like this one. Hope they keep up. The tension, liking and caution are presented in a realistic manner.…
To me it seems like at least quite a few months now, but they have mostly kept a professional friendly neighbor sort of relationship? This is a problem I have with dramas sometimes where there's significant time jumps but they don't really mention or recap the off screen time or events so it feels like only days have gone by since the last scenes. I think script writers forget how much a few lines of a character talking to another or just thinking to themselves something like "during these few months this and that has happened" can help the viewer feel more oriented with the passage of time...
my brain goes oh- the intro is artsy and intriguing so it must be good 😆
(please do NOT reply to me with novel spoilers)
