Why are there no mydramalist articles about this scandal? They appear biased to Kim Soo Hyun

The ones judging only the family only have fake concerns. They put the blame on the family since they don't want to give the blame to their precious oppa

they had 18 episodes (out of 20) filmed already for river when the scandal came out. what they did was to delay showing an episode for about a week (so they have time to prepare to show the next episode with new male lead), replace male lead (the scandal guy) to a new one, refilm all scenes including male lead, then show the new episodes with new male lead. the new male lead just filmed the earlier episodes shown with og male lead and his version of the earlier episodes is the one shown/updated on OTT. the cast, to help the show success, were willing to refilm scenes without pay. lead actress kim SO hyun (i emphasized the second syllable because she's different from kim SOO hyun) suffered the most since she had the most scenes with male lead and thus had more scenes to refilm than others. both she and new male lead were praised for their hardwork (because new male lead learned to adapt to the character and was able to film many scenes in one day so the show would not be delayed too much).

i hate my country for accepting bullies like him. most kim soo hyun defenders on twitters are filipinos like me too.

they should replace him like what they did with the original male lead of river where the moon rises. the rest of the cast and the staff deserve their hardwork to pay off

i can’t help but be interested in this case. because if someone like him ends up implicated, other big figures who did something bad can get implicated or at least a condemnation too.

You should at least try The Crowned Clown to see if you'll like sageuk. Yeo Jin Goo is the lead in this one and he plays a dual role. Just like modern dramas, different sageuks have different types and different audiences to appeal to.

Happy Birthday Kim Min Seo! Great in both Sungkyunkwan Scandal and Moon Embracing the Sun. She’s my favorite adult cast member of Moon Embracing the Sun.

It’s intense but there’s melodrama aspects too. Moon Chae Won’s character has some similarities to her character from The Princess Man. If you didn’t like it upon watching the first episode, I hope you continue at least until episode 5, that’s where everything changes.
While Flower of Evil is great, The Princess Man remain my most favorite Moon Chae Won project.

They have different plots but both male leads are madly in love with the female lead. They express their love quite differently but both are very obvious about their feelings. The actors for the male leads of both shows are great friends in real life they acted in Good Manager 2017 kdrama (which I'm currently watching).

I don't know about you but I just felt that Yeo Jin Goo (younger version of male lead) acted better than him in Moon Sun

weird that he gets a lot of credit for Moon Sun when the child actors carried that drama. I think that sageuk is overrated aside from the child actors. The two sageuks it was competing against in Baeksang (The Princess Man and Tree with Deep Roots) had better plot and more complex stories. Then his other drama that made him more popular (My Love from the Star), I didn't get anything special from his acting either. To be honest I just know he' s popular because a lot of fans admire him but I just don't see what's special in his acting from the two shows mentioned (I didn't watch his other dramas but I heard his costars always outshone him).

even his drama where his female lead has weak acting (Moon Embracing Sun), he was overacting. I would have been bashed just a week ago if I say that the Baeksang he got for this drama is not well deserved. It should have gone to Han Suk Kyu (https://kisskh.at/people/968-han-seok-kyu), his baeksang competitor that year who acted better as a King in the better sageuk Tree with Deep Roots (https://kisskh.at/2785-deep-rooted-tree).
The way his child version in Moon Embracing the Sun Yeo Jin Goo outshone him too.

I'm not 100% sure I believe he's the highest paid actor. How can he get higher pay than Lee Byung Hun (not his fan either but he has been successful in Kdrama, had the best selling and awarded movies, and has even penetrated Hollywood)?

He never blamed her. The incident happened in 2017. For years he was hated by Seohyun fans, Seohyun fans only started bashing SYJi after they knew her involvement in 2021.
