Bruh some of these comments are making me feel its getting unjustifiable hate?? I get people having different taste but some of these comments are straight up being disrespectful. You can give opinions about the while keeping in mind that a lot of hard work went into it by the actors and the creators. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean its just trash. Or is this that thing again where haters leave bad reviews on purpose? Like last year when the witch was getting negative reviews even before the show started airing....
Is The Witch better or worse than this? Thinking of watching it
The comments are so funny to me cz acting-wise and story portrayal-wise I liked still shining more lol. Guess I'm an odd one. But The Witch is definitely worth watching.
Am I the only one here who came to praise this drama?! Maybe its because I never take the romance genre seriously but I loved this drama. And I knew Park Jinyoung is an amazing actor so no surprise there but Kim minju? This is the 1st drama I watched of her and maybe I was prejudiced cz most idol turned actors are never that good initially so I wasn't expecting much from her but damn did I love her acting! The rage I felt for her character π I just loved to hate her! The senior cast in the drama were so good too! The acting (cast) and cinematography alone are 10/10 for me. Wish it had a better story as well so that it got more appreciation by the general audience but for sm1 like me who is not very serious about romance genre and acting is the most important part this was a great watch!
These episodes should have been released with season 2. Because without the setup in season 2(which I actually enjoyed) season 3 feels empty. If it had been together it would have made a lot more sense.
The ending is acceptable only if the writers are planning on releasing more seasons with new characters cz honestly the concept is great and still could be explored more(I was expecting a 74th Hunger Games kinda situation were the players in the last game decide not to kill each other but die together and see then what the gamemakers does. Has there ever been a situation with no winner? And I still have this hope to see that majority vote to end the games however unrealistic it may be). I honestly didn't even want 456 returning for season 2 and only the cop working investigating about it cz how many times could they have brought him back to the games, I knew they'd have to kill him. I wish he'd have just gone to his daughter at the the end of season 1 cz his 1st games were heart wrenching as it is.
But if the writers are not going to continue it, I really wish the games had been exposed. Yes, its possible that those gamemakers just renew the games again after some time which can actually continue the story further.
But honestly season 3 looked like the writers are already done with it. There was almost no effort to build a storyline. Its like they've been forced to make/write a new season. It looked very half-hearted.
I think that I went into this show with the wrong expectations. I thought the story was going to follow the twin…
Well seeing the poster its quite evident that Miji is supposed to be the actual main lead. The narration is being done by her from the start. But Mirae is definitely not a side character. Miji's storyline mainly involves understanding the problems of Mirae and helping her (apart from learning to love herself).
I have only watched two episodes so far, and I feel the male lead character appears much softer in the present…
Its cz the ml grew up to be more comfortable with himself and his disabilities. His younger self just came out of a huge accident so obviously he is cold and distant from others when he is first introduced. We don't know his personality before the accident.
Let's reverse the situation - if we had first seen Miji after her ankle injury when she is depressed her personality would seem completely different from the present. Since we saw her outgoing nature, how she befriended Hosu and her relationship with others around her, before her accident she doesn't appear different.
because Iβm watching so many dramas atm can someone tell me about fl and mls parents i forgot? do we know fls…
Nothing about the fls parents. She said that she is an orphan and was left on a mountain so she grew up with monks. No further explanation of why she was left there or if her parents are dead/ how they died. Nothing about mls parents as well. I thoght Han Yeo-Ul is his grandmother but she is mentioned as mother in the cast so idk
Honestly episode 6 was not it. I was enjoying watching this so much every week but this ex-bf trope feels sooo unnecessary and forced. I thought Yoo Yeong Seok was going to have cameo when I saw him in the pictures with her but its like they've made this whole new narrative around him?! I want to see more of JeongJae and how they navigate running the restaurant but with only 4 episodes left it feels like the drama has taken a completely new direction.....
im planning to watch bcs eunji (from earth arcade 3) 's addiction to this lol π
I just finished watching the whole drama because of Earth Arcade!! And I seriously do not regret it. I can see why Eunji loves it so much. I usually run away from melodramas but I was so stuck to this . So Ji Sub's eye acting is great here!
The younger main characters look too young. I donβt think them playing 50 or 60 year old characters would look…
The villain (I'm assuming you are talking about Bu Sang Gil) was already like 10+ years older than the MLs so keeping the same actor for him made sense to me personally
