she has always lived a protected coddled cushioned life so she has no resistance to emotional distress or demands of life ... and if she wants to be a wife and a step mom, she will have to build up those muscles ASAP or else she will always be a snowflake requiring someone to coddle her, like her mom did... AND I think she is!!!! I think she is doing GREAT!!!! what a surprise!!! she grew up really fast. The good business leadership genes from her parents... :) seriously. Se Ri is formidable.

It is ok to show some ugly to get the plot but then you gotta show overcoming it and this drama does NOT have the overcoming and never will. The script is toxic to begin with. The FL is written as a brainless passive loser, and ML is written as an arrogant selfish jerk, and second ML is written as an abused SILENT escort. There is no digging deep nor honesty nor communication between characters. Everyone is abusive and misuses and abuses others.

Since ep 8 is already over, there is NO WAY this can be saved by ep 12. The script writer just wrote a meaningless toxic story of delusional people INCAPABLE OF OWNING THEIR SMELLY STUFF and thus incapable of love. They are all delusional and live in a lie to THEMSELF. Sayonara with 1 star rating.

It started as a fun fluffy kids romance and instead of progressing into kids maturing and LEARNING to be honest and working hard to self improve, it went into kids becoming even bigger egotists and spoiled brats and extremely toxic, and all that is sold under the name of love and progress. Wow. It is a VERY confused kdrama.

This is 12-episodes drama and episodes 7 and 8 are extremely extremely toxic yet considered "a good thing happened" so clearly, this script is trashy toxic and sexist imo and I dropped it. Sayonara baby.

yeah IF they did it correctly, they would have done that but they did not. They were messing around in front of Bani. That makes this drama so toxic.

This is a highly toxic drama with very dumb, immature characters who do not communicate, and there is no hope because there is really no salvation to this kdrama. The script is just OFF. The characters are not trying to grow up and it just will never work.

To be done properly, he should have been shouting across the street I LOVE YOU! CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT YOU!!! SORRY FOR EVERYTHING!!!! or something like that. And she - running to him - the clueless passive little girl - just so that she could kiss this hot guy.

The second ML is a toxic type himself, always quiet and always trying to be nice to this damsel in distress FL who is just a little girl, extremely immature, weak, passive and delusional. So the second ML is just a wasted role. He has no chance with this idiot chick he kinda likes, but not really. He never DOES anything to win her over. And he wouldnt succeed anyways. She is a little girl and just USES HIM to babysit her and escort her around. She is ABUSIVE to him.

So - SAYONARA. I am dropping this, it is a waste of time. I got something out of in the first few episodes which were light fluffy kids romance, and it served its purpose for me.
Now the kids proved to be just kids, there is no substance here, the kids are just trashy weak people doing really stupid egoistical things, and I have no reason to watch their muddling through because THEY ARE NOT HONEST

IT IS BETTER TO WATCH A DAY DRAMA OF 100 EPISODES than this.... Sayonara baby. THere are plenty old dramas that are excellent and I haven't seen yet.

At the moment, there is really not much to watch except Haunted Palace which is really fun and For Eagle Brothers and Divorce Insurance. There are 3 BL dramas and 1 GL drama and a whole bunch of variety shows, and yeah one drama about doctors and one drama about 80 yr old woman dating 30 yr old guy (her husband) - super cheesy. I hope kdramas are not going downhill.

Besides Eagle Brothers, there is not too much high quality stuff to watch. Bc there was nothing I liked, I started watching Haunted House and lucked out, it is a GREAT fun drama, and also watched and dont mind Divorce Insurance and Queen's House. Ppl said is worse than Cindirella Games. Besides that, I dont see anything else to watch. Chinese shows, with all due respect, are never as sophisticated, classy, elegant, warm and wise like Korean. There are just very few exceptions. Like movie Xiang Zhang (2016).

btw what's going on, THREE of current dramas are BL and one is GL.... I didnt mind and I really liked "Heesu in class 2", bc it was about the "generic" love issue (and lgbt+ viewers bitched like crazy that it was a straight drama... I got so disappointed in that audience, their comments were so blind and selfish). But now, it seems that right now we have 3 BL and 1 GL dramas and it is too much of one topic all at once. yeah sure there has to be some of those dramas for ppl who will watch it but not disproportionally so many. I guess we straight ppl get a taste of how they feel when all there is to watch is straight dramas LOL but I think the solution is that they get their share based on the percentage of viewers interested in those topics. Maybe the new trend is to show love stories in any gender orientation to show the love stories. OK.... but ... I think we should stick to appropriate percentage ratio. If there are like 10% of ppl intrested in those topics, then 10% of current offering should be on those topics. Perhaps that group has tons of money so their effective percentage is very high now....

FYI Haunted House is not too scary and has an amazing and fun Imugi actor . Divorce Insurance is not terrible

I am not expecting a love triangle, just little bit of .. MOTIVATION :) the young guy definitely sparks her up and that makes it easier for Chairman :)

I just watched 27 LOL the episode that explains the global warming LOL the advertisement for selling fans for hot weather LOL the environmental warning about ice melting LOL Now seriously. She said NO but then went to the meeting in that suuuuper sexy, tight, HUGE bare skin chest area exposed (and she usually wears shirts up her neck), dark, power outfit.... the preview has him in her house ... in her bedroom??? apparently it is in the kitchen... ? or where is it? ... So.... what's up, CEO Ma? LOL

Now seriously, CEO Ma had her hormones woken up by the Oldest Brother, after 40 years of dormancy..... then she had some taste of romance - maybe a month or so of dating and then 10 days of sex, and then he died.... !!!!! and left her WOKE AND HUNGRY.

So she must feel very confused and conflicted that she found someone else so quickly, and she probably would feel guilty to the Oldest Brother and to herself for forgetting him so fast and being swept and entangled with the Chairman. The Chairman appeared just a few months after her husband died.... and so he opened a Pandora's box of her confusion :) and her hormones :) so yeah, those two are contributing to global warming LOL He is a MASSIVE iceberg that melted and went back into the youth mode, and she is hot enough to raise the temperature in the entire country of Korea :) They are a very sexy mature couple and will make a great pair.

I think the youngest brother was one of the motivators, she always eyeballed him with that "ah this is yummy!" look and the scenes of them close together are tooooo sticky. Her comments about all brothers being handsome, etc... her laying on bed kinda petting and hugging the fluffy blankets and thinking that Chairman is kinda cute..... that super sexy outfit that got pulled out after the confession.... THOSE ARE ALL SIGNS THAT CEO MA WAS ALIVE AND WELL ALL THIS TIME lol that she noticed men but brushed them aside bc she was grieving too.

But... since she is hungry, Chairman has a chance!!!!! although he comes literally just a few months after the death of her husband, ie. so soon, that is the issue but also helping him.
And the Chairman is CLEAR after 15 years and does not want to waste time. he is so aware of "before" and "after" and wants it asap. I love Chairman for being so ... positive. No games. He is da bomb.

Dancer and Hairdresser are soooo immature.... He might have found a place under the sun, he is such a phenomenal salesperson... but he is sooooo immature... and she too!!! It is going to take a lot of effort - or maybe not? LOL since they are so fast to act when they want to LOL eg jumping on each other... So .. with them, everything is possible... fast or slow...

Professor is a shrewed, calculated, mental, career-oriented corporate rat who is even more cruel and cold bc he was hurt so bad and has so much at stake, he and the baby new and alone in Korea.... he HAS to do well at his job or else he will never be able to be a professor in Korea.... so cracking that and melting that is gonna take some huge effort... esp since Se Ri is not financially independent and is still a very naive young lady But she is growing!!!! She and Geyol talk is so good.

Interestingly, imo this relationship might be the most complex since Professor is actually the darkest and most murky character imo, esp bc he is smart and his mind is so strong and rules him and so much is at stake, professionally and for his baby and him as a single father... ... he is a complex, very complex character. Melting him is gonna be a major major major task. Perhaps only SeRi can melt him bc she was a sheltered princess and has NO TRACE of anything mean. She never learned how harsh the world can be so she is totally totally open. Right now that is no good and she is definitely going to be rejected as incapable to be his partner - which is 100% correct. However, that "goodness" is ingrained in her, so when she grows up and becomes independent mature lady on her feet and STILL nice, that has the potential to melt him. SHE GENUINELY LOVES HIS BABY. THat will be one of her main attractive attributes.

And Mi Soon and 2nd brother... omg... CAN they be any more slow and discreet and timid... ???? WTF THEY ALREADY DID THAT BACK THEN AND LOST LIKE 40 YEARS... and are still not pouncing ...!!!! There is not even sex drive nor curiosity to explore the other.... It is just two old people enjoying talking in the park. Hello!!! wake up!!!!! The only romantic moment was petals.

What does it take to get those two to stop CAREFULLY TIPTOING around and get to the core issue of them getting together? Sex? But there is absolutely nothing remotely erotic between them.... The Chairman was so innocent BUT he was also innocently and naturally curious and kept sneaking up on her.... He made sure to pull the sleeve off CEO Ma's entire arm and pat her bare skin all the way up the arm to her shoulder. coming really close to her chest LOL He made sure to sit so close to her that they were touching via entire surface of their trunks..... He made sure to ask her to promise she will grant him any wish LOL He removed petals off her face and hair... which means.. he was REALLY close to her and right into her face, touching her....

He was coming reaaaaly close physically, touching her any chance he got..... That old sly fox Chairman... the master hunter! the master of courting..... The Chairman has some fire. CEO Ma has some fire, look at her eyeballing the Youngest brother, lying on her bad thinking Chairman is cute, look at her in that super sexy CEO outfit going to meet him after he confessed. I am not worried about the two of them.

I am worried about the 2nd brother and his love as "two expired dead beat people".
Mi Soon and 2nd brother have no fire. I am afraid thinking that they are DEAD. I am waiting for them to somehow move into more passionate feeling. It is so lukewarm "old friends" feeling llike "two retired old people in a senior home talking from their wheelchairs" feeling. I want to see some ACTION!!!! I want to see her in a pretty dress going on a hot date with him. He looks very good and has a beautiful body, how come that is all frozen and QUIET for 10 years without a wife... ? That dude has some mental issues... He feels broken and depressed, but he is getting better and now feels like he is starting to become alive and functioning, blooming again, like a withered plant that got watered and is starting to recover. She still feels broken and depressed and withered, her feeling is like she is a servant that cannot step forward. I can see why, there is nobody else, she is alone, and she did not expect him to be there for her. IF she thinks he will be, maybe ... maybe she could pounce on him, FINALLY??

So... resolving their mental health issues, ... I hope it doesnt take forever...

I dont find SeRi's father a fun villain. I find him very scary and selfish. He never thought of anyone but himself. I like her mom better bc she at least has some care towards SeRi and Eagle brewery, however, she is ... very ... toxic

Naah... I respectfully disagree... it was a LITTLE BIT too sticky and erotic... both he and she were like YOU LOOK SO YUMMY and he was too happy. Maybe the actors like each other or maybe it is in the drama

There was other moments in the past when CEO Ma and he early on were eyeballing each other.. It thought HE was going to be her crush and then Chairman showed up. I think his role is to keep motivating her hormones, which makes Chairman's job easier? Or maybe the actors just like each other and it oozes out. I doubt it though, they are experienced actors
