I feel you. That one scen when he bite her back under this romantic soundtrack threw me off. And the sound effects trying to build a tension that does not exist just achieve an underwhelming payoff.

I won't be surprised if the productionq behind Moonlight Mystic and kunning Palace are behind this series. It have the same vibes of both , actors from both productions, same decor settings, and the same sounds effects too ( even if I found it too overwhelming here).

My shipping senses are telling me they could pair the doctor with FL s sworn brother. The talkative one. They have too much interactions together, and she is always bratty ( well brattier) when he is around.

I am really enjoying the drama, and so far my only complain is about background sound effects. Sometimes it can be very loud, ill delivered or misguiding, creating tension effect when there is none or barely of it, or highlighting romantic or comic vibes not necessarily needed. But they have great audio elements, and love intro song a lot!

That was the exact question I asked myself. It could had been smoother if they just inspired themselves from the story, and they even could do without implying any Arabic correlation.

Curious here... Why label taking a name from a religion or foreign culture " offensive"? I understand the misrepresentation, specially the romantization of a character, historical, religious or fictional from a specific culture can be rub the wrong way for those who are very familiar with the content, and be misleading for those who are not . I can understand it's not a reasonable choice, even dumb, if the creators did not do their research right, or did not calculate the negative impact it could have on viewers. But if it's not something they intentionally do and launch a moral attack on the one who are used to the character. How can it be labeled as offensive?

I was surprised how mature they were as individual and couple. Which make sense since they are 24 (f) and 30 (m) in the series. I love how the conversation between them flows, as if it came from a very natural place. I loved how they cared for each other, showing sometimes love does not need big and loud gestures. They are among my fav couples lol.

If what is circulating around his death is true, then Cdrama industry must be the most hypocritical among all of entertainment industry. Actors and other celebrities get cancelled for the wrong word, a manageable scandal, and have to appear to be the perfect angel who doesn't know how to poop when they are one camera. And this one actor died in the most horrible way, and instead, everybody seems to be covering for it?
And this made me think that we absolutely have no idea of the real life our favorite actors are living, how much of their image representation is fake, and what is really happening behind the scene. I can't shake the feeling that this glamorous icing is covering a cake made of total sh***t.
And I am surprised that I have not even seen the news of him passing in MDL. I think that is the minimum to do, to just announce his death.

I get he is into her. He has noticed her way before meeting her at the tragic events in the church. When she was still a diplomate and giving a speech, she somehow caught his attention. He saved her life at the church when he had no reason too, followed her afterwards, gathered Intel about her and made sure she was safe, even before they proposed him the contract to protect her, and he choose to stay and not go to NK mostly for her than for the contract. And the way he is behaving with her is too concerning, gentle and caring for a simple bodyguard. And his hands? He refuses to keep them to himself.

I get at this point she is interested in him. The man has been her her best ally so far, even when she can't trust him completely. He has been protecting her, so she may see him like a kind of anchor. And even if he is lethal to his enemy, he is gentle and supportive with her. They have been through a lot, the man is kinda hot, and tension sparked.
BUT. I was still not ready for the kiss lol. It make sense that whatever they are going to battle against tomorrow, they chose to take a pause tonight. But my body was certainly not ready for this lol.

My theory is that he liked her even before the events leading to their meeting in ep1, about the time she was still a diplomate in the SK president party. He might have fell for her when he saw her speech in TV.

Well if my world is ending and I am sitting next to my crush....I ll jump the man too. And I am sure the second kissing was for him to keep her thoughts away from the news of breaking war too. In EP 1 ( or 2) he made something similar when he was helping her escaping the woods from the men who were following her. He told her to look at him, close her eyes, and take a breath. Well the man seems to be real dedicated to his work, protecting the client, mind, body and soul.

The fact that Stella Young was in SK for 10 year, and the boy is 9 years too.....
