Not saying visuals are bad, but could definitely been better.

After watching Moonlight mystic , love in Pavilion, and red moin pact ( because of love in pavilion), I have to say that I am low-key disappointed in the visuals of FEUD. While I am enjoying the story so far, I can't help but think that if the make ups, designs, scene directing, editing, CGI effect, decors, even sound effect and OSTs were better than what has been delivered, the show would flow better. Of course, good visuals are icing on the cake, bu if they gave me the choice, I d take my cake with the best icing design.

Id say 60 years , because they always talk about the havock FL caused 300 years ago, while the wedding took place 360 years ago

Skipped his long torture on his way to heavens. In other circumstances, I would find it epic, but in that particular case he is doing this just because he saw an husband taking a revival fruit to heal his wife, I lost all interest in his feelings for FL. Like dude. If the man came to beat your asses to take the fruit, that means he does care at least for his wife s life. Chill the f out

At this point, the plot should just pair him with SFL.

I'd say the child would be harmful because they are basically using and yang. They could pull out a child with anybody else than both together

If it's really an misunderstanding and the ML did nothing wrong, I would feel pity for him. I am actually team BJS so far, and I am really waiting for the big revelation to be really messed up because I really want to get FL s side. What I hate the most in Xanxia stories, it's unresolved misunderstandings that lives for hundred years.
And honestly, I really think the 2 peoples back in her quarters in heaven ( the closet boy and the peach tree girl) are tied to them somehow. The girl said she is less than 300 year old and know nothing of their feud, while for some reasons, the cabin boy is being held captive here by BJS for unexplained reasons. And when together , they give slibings vibes. It's an immortal story, so everything is possible. Maybe it has something to do with the whole children case in the mortal world?

When you are an immortal and you want to take your significant other to a date, you invite them into the mortal world for a love tribulation. Noted

And when they openly confess to preferred lead, particularly after doing something so horrible the lead can't be sympathic, they break and spit fire and turn into an annoying second hand villain. " How could you reject my feeling? After all I have done for you??!"😫

I am not into the story fully yet, but I love how they chose to tell the story. It s like you are thrown in the aftermath of a shit storm, nobody wish to talk about it, and peps are giving you cold shoulder/mixing vibe for no reason.
I actually feel for the ML . The man seems to be in love with his wife ( the immortal version), but at the same time wants to get his revenge from her. I like how he scoff like every second he is with the FL, as to express how pathetic he feels for being into her after what she have done to him. And he seems like he really want to give this version of her a chance, but wants to be 100% sure that she is indeed a reborn mortal with no memory of her past , and that she is not still playing him.
I hear that people are saying that FL is naive and innocent, but I beg to differ. She may be sweet, but some of her actions are very harsh. How she treated her senior sister, how she dealt with the serpent for destroying her village, the punition she choose for Ling Er. Those were not innocent or naïve moves. It would make sense if she is faking things, or if she got this fiery side from her previous immortal self.
SML and SFL would come off as heros in a series where both main leads would not be lovers. At the end of the day, they just want to protect people they deem closebto their heart. But in the case where the main leads are interested in each other, they just came of as annoying second characters.
I am very interested in the story of the cursed lotus woman and the ML s disciple. I pretty like the companionship.

Same lol. I thought it was because of previous wife, but the hair was already white before the betrayal. Then there were a scene when they were talking, and the hair was black. I was officially done when they got to the mortal world and he was just vibing his black hair.

I like how you describe it as a " Bai Lu junk", as she was the one who directed, wrote, filmed, designed, edited , and played all the roles in the drama.

What I love about this drama so far is how they are handling the usual cdrama tropes properly. The enemies to lovers trope, the aphrodisiac, love triangle, family rivalry, beaks ups, consuming marriage months after the wedding, those are familiar scenarios we often see in cdrama. But the way they made them flow with the main story is so organic it's looks like you are really prying into a couple s intimate life.
I like how they give the main characters their layers, making the leads full of flaws, and giving the villains those moments where you feel pity for them. I like that the series seems to be a healing journey for the wei family, progressively getting them to let the traumatic past caused by the Qiao family go. And I absolutely loved the way they chose to portray the relationship with the main leads. At first I thought they would have some kind of crazy meets toxic relationship, but I like how they navigated their story better.

Down rating a série after 31 épisodes explaining the progression of a relationship between a vengful husband and a protective wife from rival clans just because one line did not fit your romantical expectation is crazy.

Lol that reminds me one time I was watching a Western show about Chinatown. There was this girl eying our male lead from EP 1, and I was like, they do look good together. And fast forward in EP 3, after some encounters at screen, they were already kissing. I said yea okay, I am fine, and before finishing my thoughts, they were already on bed. They did not even leave me the time to bond with the couple lol. I blame Asians dramas

I think they purposely left the Mu Mue mystery like this, because when Yitan s fiancée asked who could have taught him clairvoyance, Yitan brushed it over. The série pointed itsfet there was a bug here. So maybe we will get more answers if we encounter Mu Mie in the last série .
There is actually a clip showing Quinlan being saved by someone and later her talking to young YueChu. They had surely cut it from the main série, making me wonder how much good explanation they have left out as they did with this one.
According to my comprehension, both black fox are not the same. Shi ji may be older, but jia lan is her boss in RMP. Also, they are quite different. She was born deviant from her other peers, and can control both human and demons. She became the entity she is now because of the events happening 500/400 years ago in beast Kingdom, and for me it's not clear if she started feeding on hatred before or after those events. She was the one who awoke Shi ji again in RMP. But the link between the black grief tree and Tushan s tree is still obscure for me. Like how they could be linked, and how can she take power from Tushan s tree. Are there a lot of fox trees out there somehow linked to each other? Are there only those 2? They still need to explain ( I am rewatching RMP forore insight, but so far, I am not seeing how the trees are tied).
For the hong hong s matter, it could be because they are wary of humans, and they may have not taken the threat seriously enough to let hong hong deal directly with it. After Luo, YueChu had been the only human in contact with members of Tushan, and they purposely stayed out of the human-Spirit war for some centuries. In RMP, she said the tree began to deteriorate because of the events 20 years later. So I guess she is referring to LIP when HongYe and Huaizu came to offer their help. So if she is more diligent into protecting herself the tree now, it may be because the situation is now more urgent than it was 20 years ago. Besides, they already said that only the flower could deal with the black fox. So I think letting Huaizu deal with it with Yaya s supervision was not a bad option.
Besides, it went quite well. Well the real reason could be that they could not bring Hong hong s actress in this series, but I think they handled the excuse quite well.

Pride, as you said, could be a good explanation. And let's not forget how they like to portray most of c dramas nobles like those dormant psychopaths who think of people as disposable pawns to achieve their goals. Of course she will have a shelter with the wei, but her egocentric self thinks that she bears the empress fate, meaning she has to be in the highest position.
At this point, it's not even because she likes ML or she despise FL. They are both usable pawns, and marrying one while disposing the other is the best option for her.

I think it's because after her first husband , she seems to see the ML as her best option. And if she wants to be lady wei, Man Man has to be taken out of the picture

And thats what I am loving with how their are portraying their particular relationship. Both are walking ong eggs shell. She ll have to support him while protecting her family at the same time, and he ll have to consider his family when dealing with hers. It's like they know one day they will have to clash because of this feud, and are praying for those days to delay their coming. Loving each other will be not enough to fight the tides coming.

After watching this series, everytime I recall the male lead, I can't unsee him flying over some random tables/sofas
