i cried so much!!! honestly all his dramas have great rewatch value… i hope you get enough time to watch and savor it

i believe the viewers are not dumb. those who would believe in those sort of rumours are people who hasn’t seen him act. anyone who has seen at least one or two of his work would realize how great of an actor he is. (sometimes he delivers more than one character in one work) none of his characters overlap, and they don’t cause aesthetic fatigue because of his acting apart from difference in styling, makeup and cinematography. the reason he hasn’t made a breakthrough is because none of his companies even bothered to spend money on his marketing. but this way is better because his fans can see him grow without pressure of spotlight and too many saesang fans. he was already disturbed by ss fans last year; and the past three works and his music festival garnered him many support from within the industry and from many new fans. all his works encompasses different genres and target markets so his fans can’t even agree on which character is the best looking character but they all agree that his acting is superb and he himself has great character, resilience & skills.
like HMH said, those who knows him will not be affected by such defamation rumours.

the first time I discovered him, I thought it was such an impressive score.. I couldn’t believe a guy like him existed! turns out when you start digging, you really do find diamonds in the rough. everything he did, he really did well, despite the things he can’t control (editing, production, etc) and results do show! I end up liking all the characters he played and grew massive respect for him as an artist!

now that you mention it… 🥲🤯😵 it’s okay, i think he’s going to explode with popularity this year after the concerts so he may be able to pick better scripts next time…

oh but the third arc was amazing and his acting in episode 38 was the bomb! I won’t spoil it but it was amazingg

it’s a bit different because it delves into “human nature” and “the human condition”. back from the brink was more like trauma healing and goodness vs evil. so this has a bigger scope, i agree the first arc felt a bit long, but the third arc was super duper satisfying to watch!!

to each their own. i like both.

HMH’s acting in TUS was phenomenal! I can’t get over it…
it’s so sad it hasn’t broken the heat index, but at least it’s the #1 TV drama! Can’t wait to see the results and hoping it wins some awards… 😭😭

i was laughing so much when i saw wang ye’s one… it was like miserable, miserable, then lazy popped up 🤣🤣 but his arc next season should be miserable too according to the manhua

oh yes, the ML's face and voice is very distracting, I had to watch each episode at least twice; once to just marvel and once to understand the plot!! 😝🤣 a lot of people got distracted by him too, they all mentioned in his previous drama "Love in the Clouds" as well

A lot of people are complaining about who the real "ultimate villain" of the story is. This story is about Human Nature, Fate, Responsibility, Entanglements, and Love is portrayed as an instinctual desire. So it is different from the traditional Western style Narrative, and looks at collective implications as well. I think it's a beautifully arranged tragedy, and there are lots of lessons we can draw from it. It's deep, embellished with humour and beautiful visuals, touching songs and moments. So if it's not your cup of tea, it's fine, some stories are meant to end the way it ends, to preserve their beauty; like how a poem is supposed to rhyme. Even if that means me crying buckets for Hongye. ep 38 was the ultimate stab in the chest for me... the most soul-wrenching climax. It's a great masterpiece nonetheless and I'm glad I watched it.

unfortunately the Huanyu entertainment videos are not available in my country! I will still save them to watch with vpn.. but.. really... he needs more international marketing! 😭😭😭
