EDIT If i give a show 1 its because it wasted my time promising a good story and ending a lakorn (i should hate myself for falling for it), or if it stereotyped ethnicities/religions or if an actor supported genocide etc

I enjoyed it but it was ruined in the last 20 min. I felt it could have been great. It has a lot going for it but the actors reaction after the first kiss was pathetic and illogical after he was literally flirting from the start. That part of story needed improvement.
Music was good

Reset had the same problem when there were about 800 ratings - the score was 7.9.
When more people rated ( currently 6,107) it went up to 8.8.

Currently this show has ratings from 1,060 and its 7.7 so I would hope that it hits 8 at least based on what we have seen this far (it could also decrease if the show does not deliver)

People are entitled to dislike the show but in this case there is a disproportionate number of low votes. It would be so interesting to see how many NEW accounts on MDL are voting this a 1

I like that IMDB allows you to see how people vote and distribution of votes

I wouldn't have believed it if i had not seen that reddit post about Reset and it dropping from 8.4 to 7.9 . Havent seen it yet but heard its a good show ( objectively)

Maybe you overly emotional because you not taking your medication or perhaps you are of such a low IQ individual that you need to resort to attacking the person instead of the argument.

TNP had over 60 reviews giving it a 10 after the first episode - they certainly experienced voting manipulation - otherwise judging by being entertaining it would deserve around a 6

Either way i am indifferent to ZNN relationship but get annoyed when i read posts on reddit and other sites discussing bl couples having relationship and making assumptions based on a few phrases they uttered to perform for fans.
Saying you love your "acting" partner and will be together for ever and care for each other does not mean you are in a romantic relationship ( sexual relationship)

To be fair its also the fault of the thai bl industry that encourages that type of bullshit. I feel cringe when I see bl actors playing romantic relationship in front of fans like performing monkeys.

I liked this ending.

I agree. Im not a RADA or Guildford graduate but I have been told that a lot boils down to the director. Its not just about the actors skills.

Actually the acting in KinnPorsche or DFF was not that great either and the performances were lacking. But subjective preferences will influence your opinion and mine on what is good acting. Fans of the show will love the acting and will be convinced. That is what counts in the end.

Most Thai bl actors haven't gone to drama school, and instead have graduated with other degrees like engineering, medicine, communications etc - unlike actors from say China or Korea.
Im not saying that all Thai bl actors are bad - some are talented, but in general the acting ability is lower, and I can accept that. I have accepted the goofy productions, the amateur fighting scenes, the ridiculous music with the nc scenes.... It is the nature of the thai film industry.
And to be honest despite all the above, I enjoy a lot of the output and there is some brilliance. But in general, I dont take it seriously and sadly dont expect much.

PS I do agree with your points about having expectations but I dont dare.

To be fair most bl actors aren't chosen for their acting abilities, or because they went to some fancy theatre school - but rather the visuals. So most times the acting is not great and sadly I expect that from Thai bls.

Wasnt aware they were new actors so Im even more impressed with the acting. The performances managed to convince me - well so far.
