Yeah, the old communist way, your life belongs to the team, your choice is make by the team and everything yours…
It’s hard for me to grasp tbh. I tried to look for neutral resources to understand the political ideology but it’s hard to find. I find extreme ends of the opinions on that matter. I think it’s one of those situations that you have to live to understand and your background will weight on the decision which way you lean. My brain just can’t comprehend.
I don’t think we dislike director Fang (or whatever her name is) enough. We need to get on her case as well. Why is she bossing minister Wen? She went as far as kicking Yi out even though she was his guess…at HIS house!! Isn’t he Fang’s superior in that organization? That haircut suits her well 😡😤.
Mr Yang & Qing are dreadful - petty, angry all the time, backward thinking, narrow-minded, crass & way…
The actor who play Yang is too invested in that role😤. I feel like whenever I’ll see him again in other dramas, I’ll just be mad at him even if he plays a good guy. Him and the actress who plays the sister in law are now black listed in my mind.
Help. I am seeing comments about arc and stuff. I just wanna see Cheng Lei (i really dont care about the plot)..…
Both him and the co-star consistently appear on the first 10 episodes (11 is their last one i believe) . We don’t know if they will come back later but I doubt we’ll see them again and if we do, they’ll definitely be older.
Someone please recommend me any good chinese drama that's airing right now🥲my list has exhausted. No upcoming…
My friend, there’s nothing good airing right now. I’m also waiting for dramas that seem will never come out. Idk why there’s a drama drought when so many with good synopsis need to air.
You are welcome 😊. I thought this was my first time seeing his work but I just checked and he played in “The Rebel Princess”, I just can’t remember who he was 😬.
Why feel the need to insult people who didn’t like it? Especially people you don’t know. Just like the drama…
Feeling insecure about my opinion about a fictional drama? Please, think that over again and see if that comment makes sense.
You can state your personal opinion without needing to attack or insult anyone, that will have more weight and you will give the impression of being mature.
Expressing yourself and your thoughts in a better way can even make someone who didn’t like the show reconsider watching it or at least open an intellectual exchange about it.
In life there will be people disliking things you like, that doesn’t mean they are wrong or or right. It’s just that people like different things especially when it comes to arts which is the case here.
I’m just noticing this trend of people insulting instead of presenting their case/opinion in a more intelligent way that will open a conversation even if people end up disagreeing. It’s unfortunate.
Just letting you know, I watched the drama months ago, it was not my cup of tea but I ended up rewatching it after an exchange and it was better than my first time.
Well tbh, I thought it wouldn’t be good and would be slow, boring, and week because of those ridiculous and…

Would you be ok if people said “the ones who liked this drama are probably blind or have some sort of mental issues. If you like garbage, don’t pass it for good quality production. Just like your garbage in peace and quiet.”
This part of China’s history is new to me, it’s interesting to learn about it.
Same here, I need something new to watch and hopefully this will be good from start to finish.
Isn’t she the one who said he was not family anymore?
Suffocating!
