inmyrare, I wish my life was so good that the worst thing I could see in a drama was a FL who I thought had a moral compass, ended up just being basic and cheated on her husband. I truly wish I could ignore the other atrocities the world and this drama shows, but hey, guess we all have different ways to handle the hard stuff.
Kbeauty, you clearly have a lot of time on your hands, which is awesome, I wish I had more of it. If you can spare some time though, instead of putting all your energy into a drama character who cheated on her husband. I urge you to reach out to your local government and demand that those in your country who are listed in the Epstein Files be investigated throughly. Let’s direct our rage and energy towards the real life children who were s*x trafficked and graped daily. Let’s all be the feminists we hope to see in dramas and put our time and energy to good use.

I’ll have check that drama out, I love a good body swapping but I agree this drama isn’t perfect. It’s good though, and I really think the 2ML will face reality soon and stand up to his dad. Or I hope anyway because the 2FL has already had some good character development, his just might be a little slower.
the writing of this show is really, really bad and boring.
Seriously, I keep wondering why I haven’t dropped it yet. It’s like I keep hoping it will turn around and become the drama I thought we were getting after the first episode. This feels like a bait and switch.

Because his character wasn’t written that way? You’ve watched a lot of dramas, this can’t be the first time you’re questioning why a character won’t stand up to their terrible family members. It happens all the time in these dramas. His is no different, some will stand up and fight and that’s usually the lead. Except in Something in the Rain, the FL needed to grow a backbone and quick, she and her mom annoyed me. But it is a theme in kdramas. It takes a lot for a character to stand up and make their own decisions regardless of the consequences. There’s still time for the 2ML to turn it around and see his dad for who he really is.
It's sad that this drama will stay underrated. Not many are watching it.
I’m always baffled when people say an average rating in the low 8s is “underrated”. If a 10 is perfect then 8 is near and that’s a solid drama. There are people like myself who don’t bother to rate until all the episodes are completed. Right now, I love this drama but it’s not done. If it stays on this trajectory I could rate it an 8.5-9 depending on the emotional elements, I don’t hand out 10s easily. If the writing goes downhill I could give it a 7-8. We all have different systems.
I actually love that the sidekicks know about the body switch.
Same, especially the 2FL. She could have been annoying but now she gets it and is understanding of their connection. Loving this new development and team.
I have a question for second male lead . Why he is so loyal to his father? His father always mistreated him, never…
For better or worse, filial piety has been at the core of Asian cultures for thousands of years. The 2ML is no exception. Nor are all the modern characters who’s parents dictate what their adult children can or can’t do, these characters rarely stand up for themselves.
This drama is absolutely deserving of its mid MDL rating. Even by 2017 standards it’s pretty bad. The ML is an AH, he’s a brat who uses his position to control the FL. She can’t say no to his demands because he’s her boss. He deliberately runs her ragged because his pride is hurt. The FL is a doormat then a runner and causes a really bizarre misunderstanding. It made no sense why she could tell the ML about her family’s relationship. It was so weird. All the bossing around and running away is all but maybe the last episode. It’s exhausting to watch.
The 2nds were also bad. The 2FL was obsessed with the ML who told her over and over he wasn’t interested. The 2ML was in love with the FL and naturally he has to let her know as soon as there’s another man in the picture. I hate those tropes.
I think there will be explanation. Still he was a child, he probably couldn't take care for himself. How to take…
I agree, it’ll be interesting if we ever see any sort of explanation as to why the older brother never seemed to make any attempts to contact the ML as an adult. He was a cop, surly he has the resources to find someone so why didn’t he reach out? How do you justify that?
I don’t even know if I could marry someone without an explanation. How do you look past that bomb being dropped right before your wedding?
the writing is really inconsistent, in many ways.characters writing, plot, many.it all strange to begin with,…
I dont understand why the 2ML saying the ML took off with his money and that’s why he hates him. Wasn’t he gifting it to him? and in a previous episode I thought the ML said he’d paid him back anyway? Am I misremembering?
Inconsistent storytelling is exactly why I came to the comment section. This drama feels all over the place.
Why FL still giving time to SML and listening to his words? Can't she see what he is saying about ML to her mom...why…
It’s been obvious the 2ML has had feeling for the FL since they first started interacting. I don’t know how anyone could miss that! He’s obnoxious and has zero redeeming qualities.
