The stress this drama gives me!!!

Yep he’s being shitty in how he’s getting revenge but it’s also somewhat understandable. He’s a bad guy and not all at the same time. Not sure what to think about him now.

That’s what I think is lame and happens often with revenge. They don’t care who they trample on as long as they get their revenge in the end. It’s really messed up.

She said they would never forgive her for joining forces with BTJ (presumably because he’s the developer of Connect). So I think she feels she has too to cut ties with them.

As for his connection to the case from 20 odd years ago, not entirely sure. Friend, family, sense of duty? not sure. He’s going about it in a twisted way though.

Just finished and I couldn’t agree more. I kept thinking this has to get better, everyone has been raving about it. But even the abundance of kiss scenes couldn’t save this drama. It’s just bad.

Does it say their ages? I’m watching but I can’t sort out what the age gap is in the drama. At first I thought it was about 2-3 years but then she says she was in 2nd grade when he was in middle school? so is the age gap 6-7 years? I can’t figure it out.

My fingers are crossed for the 1% and I hope we get a bigger clue about him tomorrow. This stresses me out too much! We all just need to know already!! 😂

Same boat. I really wanted to watch it, but I don’t think have the patience for another love triangle after those two and Dynamite Kiss. I might just wait and check the comments after episode 4 to see if the triangle is still alive.

I’m still not convinced the tech CEO is really a bad guy. I still have hope he’s decent and I’m thinking he’s just trying to get revenge as well and using the FLs to pull it off.

If hes really the developer or somehow involved with Connect, it would be too depressing. The cop husband can’t be the only decent man in the bunch.

Same. They killed what could have been a great story about the leads navigating this new life but no, they went with a love triangle for the Fl? It’s stupid. I’m still watching out of hope but I’m not impressed.

Her actual boyfriend was the ML roommate and lab partner. Her boyfriend couldn’t care less about her and kept having the ML talk to her for him and buy her a gift. After the boyfriend mistakenly swapped laptops on holiday, the ML continued to talk to the FL as if he was her boyfriend through chat on the boyfriends laptop. That’s why the ML knows her so well and she doesn’t have a clue who he is. She never knew she bonding with a stranger, she thought he was her boyfriend.

I think it was just presented that way to give the audience a little more mystery around the ML. If her boyfriend from 7 years ago hasn’t been in contact and neither has his sister (which I think was the person who called her after the explosion) that would be crazy. There’s no justifiable reason for him to still be alive and her not know.

It’s just a fear one will appear. Kdramas these days are going all in on love triangles so most of us are little traumatized by them.

I don’t think not calling is a plot hole. They seemed to only communicate through web chat and her boyfriend didn’t care about her at all. Since he never made any effort to actually talk to her, it makes sense he wouldn’t have ever called her. He probably told her he preferred web chats at some point just to have more freedom.

8-8.5 could go up or down depending on the next episodes but it’s shaping up to be an emotional healing drama. if it gets there, it has the potential to be a 9.5-10

I agree. She’s shady and I’m glad the ML seems to realize something is off and is stepping in to help the FL work through whatever is going on.

Apparently I’m in the minority, I’m still curious about this drama. I kinda like it and it hasn’t annoyed me like some of the other more recent and popular kdrama rom coms.

You arent alone with being worried about him. All signs are pointing to him being the developer. I’m holding onto hope that he’s not though, I have too. I really don’t want him to be evil. There needs to be one more good guy, it’s too depressing if there isn’t.
