Y'all, I think Kbeauty is actually an incel male, he has multiple accounts too
I finally blocked, they are all crazy. Inspector, KBeauty, the others that popped up. Blocked. Now I can enjoy good and interesting conversations about this show (and all the others we happen to watch at the same time!)
I’ve finally blocked the InspectorMegre and Kbeautys on this page. I cannot with the faux outrage and claiming sexism. Acting like the FLs are all pathetic with no morals and ruining the show because someone cheated.
This is what the Inspector person posted just a few days ago on the Pearl in Red page. “The mini skirt in the poster has really nice legs. Finally we see real women with some muscles.” So spare me with the sexism BS. I wish I blocked those people sooner. This comment section will be so much more interesting without them.
I hate that the fiance tech guy is probably a bad guy, I really need him to be one of the good ones! This drama…
I feel the exact same way. Our FLs don’t have enough on their side. The husband is great but he can’t go far when his superior and the whole system is trash. They’ll need the tech guy so they can get these a$$holes in a creative round about kind of way.
I haven’t finished the episode but I’m really confused as to what is Han Min Seo‘s deal.
I think we’re just supposed to accept her behavior because she’s young. I don’t get her either though. She knows her mom is being abused, she herself has already said she wanted to die. But yet she’s completely unwilling to help her mom get out of the situation.
Ok so the evil shaman guy, what’s his deal? Did I miss the explanation as to why he’s so hell bent on taking down the FL? At first I thought he just wanted her power but in the previews it seems he’s still after her knowing she’s human and has nothing. He’s got the power from the 8 tail or whatever he did so why is he still after the FL?
There’s only 2 episodes left but we need at least 4 to wrap this up. 🤦♀️
I just finished this and am so glad I watched it. It was really sweet and funny and after coming off a disappointing…
I started this drama because of your comment. Then I couldn’t stop and ended up binging like it was an Olympic sport, it was so cute! I had low expectations but both the lead characters (and actors) impressed me, they had depth. They complimented each other well. I wasn’t loving the supporting characters as much but the mains were enough for me, they were fantastic.
I love the ML and I think he’s very handsome. What killed this drama for me was the direction of the story,…
That’s just it though, this really shouldn’t be a typical office rom com. It started off fun and refreshing, a one night stand getting pregnant. It’s something we don’t see often in kdrama land. Then they got childish as if they aren’t 30 and haven’t already done the deed. The 2ML dragged and the villain is just lame. There was so much to work with, it didn’t need to be your typical office romance. The writers killed all potential this drama had at the beginning. Incredibly disappointing. The rating reflects that.
The rating is criminally low, tf. This isn’t even bad. At this point, I believe the low ratings are because…
I love the ML and I think he’s very handsome. What killed this drama for me was the direction of the story, the bizarre soft lighting, and the seriously obnoxious love triangle with the 2ML. It’s completely unnecessary and there were so many other ways to keep this story moving forward, you know like getting pregnant from a one night stand and how to navigate everything that goes with it. But instead the writers chose to focus on the love triangle that we all know serves no purpose.
Korean screenwriters have gone crazy these days, when they have nothing left to show, they drag the drama by adding…
Positively Yours (currently airing) is another example of a love triangle that went too far and absolutely killed the drama, the ratings plummeted because we’re all sick of it. Just like in Dynamite Kiss it’s a guy who realizes too late that he actually does like the FL and inserts himself into every situation. Why do the writers keep doing this? We don’t want it!!!
So glad someone else has called this out! I couldn’t get past that. It was too big of a plot hole for me to…
Exactly. This whole drama is filled with plot holes with zero explanation as to how it could work in the world they created. Without answers the plot just falls apart. I’m convinced the success is due to the power Shin Hye Sun has on her fans. They don’t care if things don’t add up, they just wanted to see her again. Dear Hyeri was a huge disappointment they’d rather just forget about, they can’t do that 2 dramas in a row so they overlook the lazy writing.
This drama should have been set in the 2010s. Creating a new luxury brand is fine, but having one suddenly appear…
So glad someone else has called this out! I couldn’t get past that. It was too big of a plot hole for me to accept so I dropped it mid way. There are zero scenarios where that would work in any decade past the 40’s. Luxury companies were already established decades earlier and knew their competitors. Even in the 80’s fax machine were a thing so sending documents was pretty quick. Plus established luxury brands would have enough archived and been around long enough to know Boudoir was full of it. They would have outed them, not let them come in and take a top spot.

This drama is too stressful.
This drama makes me anxious too. It’s so good but it’s so stressful!

Worth the watch.
