Good thing I don't have time to read these novels, keeping an open mind for dramas. And it's a decent enough drama…
+1. Pretty much every Novel I've read (or anime I've watched) was done AFTER I watched a drama/movie. It fits really well. Currently reading the original novel of "Queen of the Battlefield" Microdrama.
He seems to be falling faster. I truly hope she doesn't take advantage of him for her Lishan revenge and hurt…
Well, after watching so many trash, red flag MLs putting their partneres in impossible situations and ruining dramas for me (hello "Generation to Generation"), I wouldn't mind watching a highly manipulative FL. I doubt it will happen here, though.
It's seriously that bad? Is it the plot? Or the actors? The FL is crazy young to be playing this role.I don't…
Please, don't disrespect Shorts. If you know what you want, they can be much more enjoyable in 2026 than big-production dramas. At least they try new things, scenarios, etc... Sometimes they even have Female Leads not getting saved by MLs every five minutes!
Up and downs: - Big battle in Episodes 15 was amazing, but I didn't enjoy the FL suddenly acquire Super Sayian skills, plus totally losing her mind on the battlefield. - Serious scenes are really, really good, but somehow the FL telling her real name to ML was highly anticlimatic and had zero impact. - FL's life in the barracks is really interesting (and sometimes fun), but it changes when she suddenly is spending so much time with the M, hugging, etc...
In short, the fact that the ML knows that she's a woman and subsequent romance is dragging the drama down. As expected. At least it's a little part of the story here, so not much FF needed,
I liked Huang Zi Jun's version much better in multiple aspects. The only positive here was the absence of a choking scene, which in the above drama was both dumb and ugly.
I agree but it depends on how you define smart. The FL is not "OMG she's so smart" in your face. She's…
This sounds very intriguing; thanks for such a detailed explanation. After "Generation to Generation", I kind of lost hope for a heavily praised female leads, but will keep your post in mind.

I'm serious - for me it looks just about the same.
Thnx.

In any drama/movie standing quite close to logic and making sense, he's dead.
But since it was Rebirth...
Well, isn't what FLs are for? And then, blindfolded viewers still make claims about "strong/badass/smart" FLs in supposedly FL-centric dramas.
Lol.
Edit: Gone again; no YT links available at the moment
Watching En Jing as electronic girlfriend sounds quite tempting :)
