You Are My Glory has been on my list, but if I am not huuuuge into gaming do you think I would still like it? I also like romances that have a good amount of skinship and physical affection. I also really liked Amidst a Snowstorm of Love, but it got really bogged down by the billiards during the last quarter. I haven’t picked up You Are My Glory yet
because I’m not big into the professional gaming scene.

I’m caught up on Shine on Me (LOVE IT), also loved Speed and Love! If you recommend those two, then I’ll definitely look into Love Scenery 😍

Yeah I’m struggling with her too. Her blowing hot and cold, acting dumb about his OBVIOUS advances, and then treating him coldly without communicating why. The misunderstandings got dragged out too long, the jealous third wheel acting like a possessive and jealous third wheel. Like she isn’t even considering the feelings of the guy she supposedly loves, and then has the audacity to ask the FL to not get in between them? And then the FL pulls some noble idiocy?? It’s crap. I am tolerating it now because I don’t know what else to watch, but if this drags on much longer than I’m probably not gonna finish either.

I appreciate the thoughts from those who have read the novel. I think I would have hated it 😂I really dislike love triangles, so if it was ambiguous in the novel who she would end up with then I would have probably dropped it and never picked up the drama. I am thankful, then, that the drama didn’t go there 😆

They get together in 24, but they have a lot of screen time and the “getting to know each other” phase is very very satisfying.

Oh my gOD when Xiguang rushes to the hospital thinking that Yusen was critically injured on the slopes and runs down the hallway towards him relieved out of her mind that he was okay and then him checking his phone to see 15 missed calls from her with ALL OF IT coming full circle to when Yusen thought “she” abandoned him after his car accident I AM NOT WELL AT ALL 😭😭😭😭😭heLP

It’s so sad! Ugh it hurts seeing him grieving the loss of his career. Episode 20 so far is a punch in the gut.

Yeah maybe it makes more sense in the novel, but I don’t see it in the drama. Sure, she liked him way back then, but imo they didn’t have nearly enough of a foundation built for her to still be hanging onto the feelings a year later - especially with all of his mixed signals and then veeerrryyy petty and childish behaviors to humiliate her and make her feel bad. I appreciate thought you put into this response. I don’t dislike the FL by any means, but I am not grasping how her draw to the SML was so strong that she held onto it for a year… It would have made more sense if they actually dated and he treated her like a person rather than something he was averse to. Her relationship with the ML is wonderful and very mature and just 🤌🏻

I’m only on 18, but she’s great too! I’m still a little stuck on a) what she saw in the SML to begin with after all the drama in the beginning and b) why she’s still hung up on him when the ML has all of the good qualities and open intentions. Other than that, she’s pretty awesome too!

Ahhh there’s nothing more relaxing than watching a romance with a mature man who is confident in himself, knows what he wants, and isn’t afraid to explicitly communicate his intention to pursue her while also respecting her boundaries and need to take it slow. This is a good winter day to cuddle under a blanket with my dogs in front of the TV with a hot cup of coffee ☕️This show is perfect for the winter vibes. 🏔️⛄️
