Is that still in works? what is MCW upto nowadays? There has been no news about any of the 3 productions she's rumoured to be a part of.

nobody is stopping you from doing anything. if you have the time & energy to spare then you can even write dissertations on this. But doing so won't bring out some hidden merits of this production or make it any more of a highbrow watch.

from what I've seen so far it absolutely has been one. but you can circle back to this when drama ends. and the reply didn't mean any disrespect or harm. it was done in a tongue-in-cheek manner more than anything.

5th ML is the worst one so far

haven't watched it but movies around topic of immigration almost never do well at box office

he played a Gary stu in that drama...idk how can anyone expect to win an award for that. like there was nothing emotionally compelling in that performance. gramps (both character and actor) was clearly the heart and soul of the production.

this one has introverted lead pair. so if you're looking for shy timid leads then do check this out as well.

yup dramas becoming popular has made them easily accessible but has sacrificed some ingenuity to them. still every once in a while there comes a production that stands out from the rest.

it's been a while since a proper food kdrama came out. I remember 'recipe for farewell' being the last one. Will be checking this out.

lol expect same losers with multiple burner MDL accounts in the comments chatting shit coz she said her real life experiences are vastly different from dramaland theatrics.

by 'bare minimum' I meant that they only showed she had depression, ML took time off to be with her and now she's happy go lucky all the time. that's it. if you're not gonna explore this subplot a little more than that then its bare minimum.
listen I defended this drama with the same response initially. that its a workplace romance so daughter isn't gonna be there much. but production failing to provide her a proper character after almost halfway through the drama (esp after that backstory) is irking me now. giving her few more mins per ep isn't gonna turn this into family drama.
on the kdrama MLs, pendulum has now swung too far in the other direction which is almost making it as less interesting like the past dramas with crazy abusive MLs.
