1. I thought this issue was fine to be addressed in the such a story as long as resolution was solid. But it was far from that. The closure of entire sexual assault/sleepwalking/ uncle stuff was very underwhelming especially if we consider the runtime they wasted in final third of the drama.
3. The support point is very true but you gotta understand such stuff cannot be inserted in a willy-nilly manner. it requires much more sensible touch and nuance that most romance stories usually lack.

And nowhere in my comment did I suggested being a fan was bad. it's about these users who give snide remarks towards other users who gave a differing opinion on such dramas. They definitely aren't minding thier own business here.

And tbh there's no point in conversing with user who's doing lazy armchair psychoanalysis over a 7 word harmless comment about a drama and thinks it's a sin to compare productions on a website which quite literally exists to judge and compare different drama/movie productions.

go scroll back in HL or LR comments and see how much of sweeping generlization it really is. Or just go to review section and see how tolerant these popular rom drama users are to critical reviews.

Popular romance drama fans are some of the most insufferable bunch on this website. They camp in comments for months waiting for an opportunity to jump anyone who doesn't shares the same opinion as themselves. Like you have to say that this is the greatest thing since sliced bread and deserves 11/10 or get labeled out as a someone negative or anti-fan or instigator or whatnot.
Saw a comment moaning about me having a simple comparison with a drama that shares same characters, same events and stories run parallel. And it's not like one is slice of life genre and other is action one. They're both romance dramas ffs. And apparently you can't even compare actor/actresses to their OWN previous performances coz its 'insulting' to this popular drama🙄

FL actress is the best performer here. Better than any previous works of her. Cat was the second best who is followed by ML actor. He was better in Octogenarians drama.

She did good in both despite both dramas dropping the ball in second half.

they better show her gain some solid muscle mass by the end of drama

on the contrary, I'd say it's one of her weaker roles. side characters/cast made that drama. neither of the leads stood out to me.

it absolutely has been getting worse. every other month, there's a drama getting a 9 rating.
post 2021, 17 (of 29) dramas have hit 9. if we include dramas with 8.5+ ratings, then number crosses 100+
