I agree with you, but the reason I was impressed with Eunwoo early on was precisely because I felt he was showing the inner "softness" and turmoil well. IDK what the disconnect is there, because people are VERY divided on his abilities, but I do think he is getting more polished and therefore seeming more natural with every new drama.

There is no romance between the leads. There is a glimpse of one side pairing, lol, but almost no screentime is devoted to it.

Wonderful World was such a beautiful drama. It wasn’t flashy or loud, but it stayed true to its story and conveyed its message perfectly. Namjoo was incredible, and Eunwoo really showed his commitment to the craft. They had excellent chemistry that easily could have turned romantic, but I’m glad the show stayed focused on grief and healing.

You are absolutely right, but in episode 12 we hear that Kim Joon essentially told him to "take care" of the boy because he had already seen Joon's face. AKA, no matter how okay he was, it was Jiwoong's job to kill him. Ofc, he is still absolute trash and a murderer so Soohyun did what she had to do!

I genuinely think anyone who still thinks Cha Eunwooo is severely lacking as an actor, or who claims that he "only cares about how he looks" on camera and therefore cannot tap into emotions, needs to take a good look at the behind-the-scenes videos. Eunwoo consistently throws himself into the stunts, unlike most other actors I have seen who let stunt doubles take anything that doesn't require a close-up of their face. I personally DO consider this acting and a part of his skillset that clearly is a reason directors are happy to cast him in action-heavy roles. But since many people say, "Okay, well, where are the EMOTIONS?" (I can see them just fine, but since you can't, let's pretend you're right), let's do a thought experiment.

Seeing how Eunwoo doing almost all his stunts can result in injury - and certainly in a marring of the beauty people think he's obsessed with - that clearly proves his commitment and DESIRE to do well. So, if he desires it, why isn't he working on his "emotions" instead of his actions? Are directors mute? The stunt double is literally right there, jobless, while Eunwoo does all these scenes. Shouldn't the production team send Eunwoo to practice the script or something instead of wasting time with the physical actions and body work that apparently no one who watches kdramas thinks is acting?

What is the resolution? A strongly worded letter to his next project to send him to "acting lessons" instead of worrying about better fight scenes? Or maybe make #EunwooBecomeAStuntmanInstead trend on social media?

Except he is a good actor and is doing well in Wonderful World, and it's almost comical at this point how people overly criticize his performance and let much worse ones slide.

Where did that come from and what does it have to do with the show?

I can already tell that Dora's mother is gonna cause her career infinite problems... SIGH. I love the actress, but I am bracing myself for her character to be a source of frustration the likes of which I have never seen before.

Now he only needs to get 60 million times better, and he’ll finally be able to act as well as a rookie off the street with no training. Of course, he should give up all his roles to the more deserving people out there who have never passed an audition in their life, but what can you do when pretty privilege exists and everyone else is ugly as sin?”

Help, Seonyul did not *give* Goeun dementia lmao. His behavior was absolutely bad, but he and Soohyun have already decided to team up against a common enemy so we no longer need to bicker about who is gonna forgive whom. They are both gonna heal and move forward (unless one of them dies, which hopefully they do not).

He probably WOULD have felt remorse if his father simply went to jail or continued living his life scot-free. But the fact that his father was then murdered wiped away any sense of guilt he might feel.

2) The content of that video has yet to be revealed, but it must be worse than the photo of him hooking up with the sister, because it's stopping him in his tracks through episode 10.

I'm pretty positive that the scene of Seonyul shaking hands with those men, hearing all their names, and getting their business cards is going to serve a different and more justice-oriented purpose than simply "Thanks for conspiring to help my dad walk free so that he could get run down instead."

Eunwoo's looks have not prevented a discussion in good faith, however, which is very different from just automatically deciding one side is disgusting and not budging.

Ironically, Semi's best role is still True Beauty. She was running her own gender stereotype reversal romcom, no betrayals necessary!

Someone else mentioned that he wouldn't even sit up or step out of the room until he heard that "she"' had arrived. Soohyun is definitely the person Seoyul needs to keep him going.

He may have had a suspicion, but he had nothing to go off of and no way to verify that Kim Joon was responsible. I think his mom's phone from this episode and whatever Soohyun is handing him in the promo for next episode will be what he needs to fully go after the Congressman and join hands with his old enemy.
