Yes. Both Utsukushii Kare and Nikurashii Kare are more Hira focused. . Hira would be the main " main" character in this story, if you get what i mean. Nayamashii Kare definitely focuses more on Kiyoi.
If they managed to show all the important details, then is good. i didn't expect they will be able to show everything as well.
I was hoping they would remove the fighting scene as well, since they already had enough fighting scenes ( i actually think the fighting scene in the second season counts as replacement for this scene being removed in the movie). The removal of this scene don't make that much of a difference as well .
Exactly, Kiyoi has realised that he needs to be direct with Hira already, so there will be no need for another pitty fight ( it would come across as childish honestly). The story has to be consistent with the changes made in the first and second season to be coherent and have depth.

An adaptation doesn't have to adapt everything faithfully. It's enough to stay true to it in the sense to not deviate too much for the core story.
Nikurashii Kare is focused more on Hira's development, so it makes sense for movie to focus on showing Hira's perspective more.
In the second seasonn people were complaining that Hira development is too weak and now that he has it, they pick on other things, what the hell.

Gagaoolala has changed it's airing schedule saying that ep 3 will air in January 6.
But Viki says that ep 3 will air as usual, in December 31.
My advice is to check if Viki will really release ep 3 this week. It's possible they will since international streaming platforms receive all eps from the production team in advance, but is weird that they would release ep 3 so ahead of others.

I hope is a mistake from GAGAOLALA PART, BECAUSE THERE IS NOT WAY THE SERIES WILL TAKE A TWO WEEK BREAK WHEN IT NEVER HAPPENED UNTIL NOW.
This is a really bad move as well since the raw ep will be all over the internet earlier, so is a big loss for Gagaoolala.
