Exactly like you said, or they will not film all the scenes from the beginning that includes On Dal, and they will continue the filming with the new actor, like nothing happen, and it was him that portrayed On Dal from the start, because things like halting the airing will had the drama lose the hype, and this happened before in other dramas.
Damn, they should have delayed filming the drama for a few months and tried to fit the schedule of Kang Ha Neul, i was sad when i read that he couldn`t join the drama as the first male lead.

You don`t know how quickly korean viewers cancel a drama if the production team don`t take measures to cut any person accused of things like this, being an idol or actor that are staring on a drama, movie or variety show. The drama will get double the hate and the rating of the drama will plummet if Ji Soo character will not be cut or replaced. They usually do this thing for even smaller things , like a rumour unconfirmed, like how they did with Seventeen Mingyu and actor Jo Byung Kyu, who i really believe they were framed. Actor Jo Byung Kyu didn`t even go to school in South Korea, he was accused of bullying people when he went to school in New Zealand, and the fans stepped up prove the two persons who accused him were lying and he also tried to give proof that he isn`t quilty, but he still had to step down from the variety show he was supposed to do, and not matter what he said they are a lot of people in Korea who give him hate comments. And Seventeen Mingyu, it was only two persons who accused him, and that person obviously give fake proof, and people defend him, but he still have to stop his activities and the agency were obligated to say they will look more onto the allegations. The knetizens and citizens on Korea are rutless when it comes to the mentions of bullying, let alone sexual assault accusations. Maybe, all these bullying news that keep coming in Korea recently are meant to oblige the government to make some changes in Korea education system, because from what i read , bullying in schools in South Korea are very common and more harsh than in other countries, and the teachers don`t have any legal means to punish the perpetrators, they can`t even suspend them, or cut them out for school if they didn`t do a serious offense, like a crime lol. It seems it was fine at some point but they changed the law and have taken all the power the teachers has over the students.

With all the mess around the school bullying and sexual assault accusations that Ji Soo is facing and with him more likely being cut from the drama or his character killed, because of the adjustement of the storyline, it may happen for the FL to end`up with the second male lead.

Yes, i realised this too, not only actors, but idols, none of the ones in or after 30s ar getting called up as bullies. It`s a bit weird.

Like you said, they could kill On Dal, and make the FL end up with the general or alone, but if FL end up with the general, the screenwriter will have to be very ingenious to make their story believable, and the end produs willl become a totally different drama that was it was planned initally, as On Dal is an important character. Another option is to cast another actor to continue the character of On Dal will be a bit weird to see, but it did happen before in other kdramas.

Yes, they will more likely change the storyline drastically. I tought why now, why they couldn`t have come with those accusations sooner, but at least is a the beginning, with only 6 eps aired, so they can still have the chance to save the drama.

Yes, i think the same way, this is the most effectively way, as i didn`t heard the drama is preproduced. It`s less costly than having another actor replace the character of On Dal.. They will probably kill off the character of On Dal and make her end`up with the general or alone. I liked the chemistry the general has with Hae Mo Yong, but they wouldn`t have probably went in that direction with them too.

Yes, i don`t think is possible too at this point, as you said they have already filmed most of the eps. I think they will get the other actors to film more scenes, and increase the scenes of the second ML and FL. I`m so sorry for Kim So Hyun, the majority of her scenes are with Ji Soo. Yes, for me too, i was planning to watch the drama for the second male lead and second female lead, i don`t usually enjoy watching characters like On Dal and Pyeong Gang , but i like Kim So Hyun so i didn`t bothered me that much. But this have to happen now, i can only hope the drama won`t be pulled from airing, the allegationd against Jisoo are really severe, and more and more people start to accuse him.
I prefere to watch kdrama that has uncoventional story and characters, with complex characters, not being bad completely but not having an entirely good character. Damn, and it was more than five years than a historical kdrama catch my eye.

Yes, i watch`it already, that`s why i said is my favorite, my opinion is that the drama To my star, is the best bl kdrama made until now, finally something that was better than WYEL, not wonder it was the same director that surpassed herself after all. The only bl kdrama that i didn`t have the time to check`up is You make me dance.

Yes, To my star is my favorite too until now, they really nailed everything with this drama, not wonder it was from the same director as WYEL, who is my second best until now. The new kdrama You make me dance looks good from the trailer, but i didn`t have the time to watch`it yet. And it has to wait, because my priorities now are WOH and We Best Love: Fighting Mr. 2nd that is airing the first episode of part 2 of this series this friday, i don`t have the time for anything else.

I was just writing about this too, because i tought she didn`t know of all recent releases, and i wanted to tell her that things are changing in a very good direction on Korea too. I think To my star is a really good drama, the best until now, they really did push themselves more for this drama, and the drama You Make Me Dance that just aired looks promising.

South Korea did started making a lot bl webseries, starting from 2020, and is the beginning of March and they released two other dramas already. The webseries started having a duration of 10 minutes, and they now have some dramas that has 15-20 minutes, for a total of 8-10 eps.

Other bls made are You make me dance, Mr. heart, Wish You: Your Melody From My Heart, Color Rush.
The quality of the bl dramas in Korea keep improving too and they become really daring with kisses . To my star is a really good drama, it has everything, even through an episode is about 15- 18 minutes in average.
Things are really starting to change in Korea too.

I was curious too. I really think the actor Li Dai Kun is perfect as the Scorpion King, he exudes charm, sex appeal and it`s very attractive. I noticed his character from when the trailer was released, as being very interesting. I think as Wen Kexing, he would have done a better job than Simon Gong at portraying the dark and ruthless part of the character, but for the life of me i can`t picturing him doing all the flirting scenes nearly as good as Simon Gong. He is doing an amazing job as the Scorpion King, i loved him in ep 6. If the drama get`s very popular, he will be start getting more main roles, i think he is at good at acting as ZZH and Simon Gong, he overshadows everyone when the camera focus on him.

I didn`t realised it was sung by Simon Gong and Zhang Zhe Han, silly me. They had the actors sing a song for Guardian an Untamed too. I just immediately checked the song again, and as expected i recognized the voices. In the other dramas i realized this late as well, hehhe, i`m embarassed. Thank you for illuminating me.
