About the live action, i didn`t even hear anything if they ever have started to cast the actors and they most certainly didn`t start filming yet, so if we will see this live action airing before the end of next year, it`s good. But, if they have done the donghua, i`m sure they will do the live action too, especially since the dongua was received well until now.

So it`s officially airing in wetv, so if you want to suport the doungha there you can go to watch it. Wetv droped in 08.02 three episodes, the first free, for everyone to watch and the other two only available to the people who become a vip, practically, they have to pay to watch. And from now on, every week wetv will drop one episode, that only those who have wetv vip can watch , and for other people wetv will allow episode 2 to become free to watch and at the same time will apear in youtube. So next week, for exemple ep 2 is dropped in youtube and wetv for everyone to see , and the people who have wetv vip will watch ep 4. But, the donghua can also be found in different sites who have all three episodes subbed , and will add ep 4 next week when will appear, and the others, until the last one , this donghua sees to have 16 episodes, but it`s possible for the production team to want to make more seasons, because the novel is long and complex. This is indeed the site for live action, not anime/donghua.

And now i realised you asked about this too, it has a happy ending, but it very angsty, we have to read many heartbroken events that happen before we get to the happy stuff.

Yes, i hope someone will pick the novel soon too, maybe with the airing of the drama someone will want to translate it. How i wish i know chinese in moments like this.

I think this is the most plausible explanation too. The people in the office seems like they meet Shu Yi and the other two who were with him for the first time, and Ling Bei and Zhe Yu are giving cold vibes towards Gao Shi De, and with the blank, angry look and hard slap of Shu Yi it hints towards them meeting Gao Shi De after a long time. Gao Shi De don`t act that surprised to see Shu Yi, but it`s the same look he showed to Shu Yi in the past when he knew some confrontation/discussion will hurt him, he is used to hide quickly his feelings, and he is a character who is not used to made a alot of expressions, usually he shows the extremes, he is crying only when it`s forced to his limits, he rarely smiles, and normally he looks indiferent. I understand him, because i`m like this too when it comes to expressing my feelings. Anyway, i`m waiting anxiously for the production team to drop the trailer of the 2 season, so i can start to overanalyze everything.

Okay, so after i watched the korean webdrama To My Star i have to strongly recommend you for you to watch, it's wonderful. You know before i said that i didn't find another webdrama from Korea who surpassed WYEL, now i can say this drama is better than Wyel in almost all aspects, i can't believe it how good it is. I'm glad, Korea is steping up their game; that's how it should be, the dramas should get better. It was only a year after Korea started making bl drama and they are already at this point, i love this director and scriptwriter foe starting making bl korean dramas, and who keep improving, this is such a good improvement from WYEL.

I am going to recommend you some bl dramas and movies made in the years 2020/2021 because i guess it”s more probably you didn”t watch yet.
1. DRAMAS

From Thailand
- Gen Y- it”s decent, saved by the main couple, the plot and the other characters are not that good
- I Told Sunset About You- not watched yet, but it seems much more than is hinted in the trailer, the story is deeply tought
- Manner of Death- not watched yet, but it seems good
- A Tale of Thousand Stars- recently aired
- TharnType 2- not watched yet, i can”nt make my mind to start watching, the trailer is soo messy

From Japan I”m a huge fan of japanese bl so i watched almost everything bl coming for Japan,
- 30-sai made Dotei Da to Mahotsukai ni Nareru rashii
- Life Senjou no Bokura
I strongly recommend both, they are really good

From Korea
- Mr. Heart- it”s decent, but it could have been better, i think they should have casted other actors, the chemistry between actors was not that good.
- Where Your Eyes Linger- it” the best bl miniseries coming from Korea until now, i”m still waiting from them to make something that is better than this series, the other after this are a bit dissapointing
- Color rush and WISH YOU : Your Melody From My Heart- the trailer didn”t attract me that much to made me watching them yet

.2. MOVIES

From Japan
- The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese
- Restart After Come Back Home
- Sei no Gekiyaku I recommend all of them, but specially the first one, is a masterpiece

From Korea
- Private Lessons- not watched yet, but it seems good

I will recommend onother bl movie from Korea, named Method (2017), i was schocked when i first watched it but it”s not everyone cup of tea, and the series from Japan, Pornographer and his sequel Mood Indigo, mostly because it will be released a movie with the continuation of the story this year, named Pornographer: PlaybackThe movie Present Perfect and his sequel Present Still Perfect are one of the best made by Thailand.

You are right, i think they tried to add many beautiful scenic shots purposely to take away from how superficial they deal and writed the relationship between the Yamato and Mitsuomi. But i think this time, it's because not only the writing but the acting is too manga-like. They should added some more reasons that make the viewers believe they are in love with each other, and they should have added at least some changes to the way they kiss to hint the changes of their feelings or at least an after sex scene, but even then, if it's not well acted, it's better without. The facial expressions, the body language is similar to that of two friends, if they didn't kiss, it would been a movie that tell story of 2 friends who influence each other to live a better and more fulffiling life. I'm disappointed by the ones who decided to let the actors interpret and portray Yamato and Mitsuomi like this, i feel not desire, real want from them, to share the life together like how are they showed, especially when it comes to Yamato, they should have showed when he started seeing Mitsuomi as a potential lover, the trip of the two of them to the city didn't seem to me, to have did any other changes in their feelings, they didn't act different than before, and then Yamato decided to give a shot to a relationship with Yamato because he wants to try to see if he can love someone to. It's sad for Mitsuomi, but him too he didn't show much of his feelings. But, i will keep in mind that the manga has a melancolic and sad mood too, all the time i read the manga, i felt that the characters sort of settled with each other, especially Mitsuomi, i think deep down he is insecure if Yamato really loves him more than a friend, because he is not showed really happy and is avoiding to have a real, honest talk with Yamato until the end of the second volume when he explodes and gets angry at Yamato, but ever after they talk, they have a long way to be a stable couple.

I took a look at the discussion thread, it looks very good. From what i read from other people, the user Nauriya and Kino san has writed some good comments as well, and for me, i have one more comment you can add, put in spoiler too, when i answered a user how is the ending in the manga, i think it can be useful to the people who will maybe ask this question again.

It's okay. I just hope other people can understand all i wanted to say, i always make grammatic mistakes, and it's hard to spot them immediately, when i write so many words. And it's possible hard to fully understand what i mean to say, especially for the people who don't pay attention to details in the movie and more importantly who didn't read the manga, even through it's easy to understand what it's happening without reading the manga.

I will try to explain to you a bit more. For the prople who read the manga this question will never come to our mind because it gives much more insight of their relationship, and we can easily deduce why he left. So, he left because of various reasons, it's not an easy question to answer.
First, because Imagase didn't felt that until that moment(that night), Kyoichi has showed him that he love him enough, that he will be willing to seriously want to be together with him. He didn't think he will really break up with Tamaki, even if he told him he will, and he wanted to give him a way out by leaving, so if he didn't really mean'it to break up with her, then he can put the blame on him, when he will chose her.
Basically, he didn't trust him enough, i mean, imediately after they break up, he got together with Tamaki, then when he wanted to come back to his life, initialy he told him that he will not accept him as his lover, because he don't want to cheat on Tamaki, but after some time, he still accept him back and cheated Tamaki by getting together with him, he was still washy washy like always. When Kyouchi made'up his mind, Imagase accepted to only be the person he will sleep some time, it took him by surprise by what he said, it give him hope again, after he desperately tried to kill that hope and any expectation he had of Kyouchi.
The second reason is because his confidence in the fact that Kyouchi will come to love him was crushed repeatedly by him in the past, he didnt felt he has enough to offer or that he was good enough for Kyouchi to chose to be with him. In conclusion, like the person who replied before said, he was his own enemy, and who can blame him, he had his heart hurt a lot by Kyouchi.

And, it's possible we will get the our happy ending in the Director cut, when it's released, so all hope is not lost.
