I did write spoilers of what happens in the novel, so for the persons who don`t want to read things related to the novel or those who hadn`t read the novel and don`t want any spoilers, it would be better to not read this comment.





Okay, i wil spoil you, but really it don't matter when it comes to this novel, because it only has one explicit scene that is not described in detail, and it's in the extra chapter. From the first chapter until the last, the author only have the characters do some shy kisses, and hugs, but it has a lot of flirt actions and shameless acts coming from Wen Kexing, so those and the story compensates a little for the lack of more intimate scenes.
So, in that single single explicit scene, that was preceded by a lot of attempts of one of them trying to have the upper hand and the other don't want to give in and at some point, they competed to decide who gets to give in.
So it was really not easy job for the one who was the ultimate winner to actually let the other put the guard down so they could have some action lol. Wen Kexing was the winner ( but it was left implied that he was lucky, like, next time even he was wondering when he will get the chance and what he will have to do, really pitiful, hahaha.
But, really, both characters are strong, independent, and have none of the characteristics than other characters have in a bl novel, that could label them in shou and gong. Most of the characters writed by Priest are like this, and i have mad respect for her because of this.
I never liked that that much, the best bl novels out there are the ones where the author don't deliberately try to categorize the characters in those labels.

I really love the novel and the drama, but i have to stop coming here, because it`s stressing me out. I wish people will try to start dicussions centered more about the drama and novel, real discussions, with more few and large posts that actually makes people happy and worth reading, and refrain from asking things that can be found by scrolling down or searching on the page.
If things continue like this, the valuable and beautiful comments will be lost in the sea of repetitive and frustrating comments, and it`s a pity.
I`m sorry the most for the people who will discover the drama later or after it finishes airing, and seeing that is hard to find a comment that make them feel something.

This is based on a novel , but from i read from the ones they saw the first eps already, the drama has changed a lot of things, but it seems it` s close to the essence of the novel. It don`t have a donghua version,

It it was that she was not writed to have another male interest i would have doubts to, but she loves his male interest so much that she will want to get married to him in the novel,. And she has a lower status than him, so she will have to fight for them to be together, they will not change that so easily.

It's a woman, you can find stuff about her easily if you do a google search.

It refers, when it comes to the relationship between two male lead characters, what scenes/actions, or words managed to be let to be aired that normally don't happen between two men, than hints or something romantic, not purely bromance. Like, from all the scenes that they filmed that hints as something more between the characters, how many of them got the accept to be aired. Censorship not only refers to the bl relationship, but it could be scenes that are too violent, transmigration for some other dramas etc, but bl dramas/series are banned in China, so the directors can only work around the censorship. It's like how happened with Untamed, if you watched the drama.It's not necesary to put your post in spoiler, because it's not really in a spoiler what you asked.

It's the live adaptation from a bl novel named Faraway wanderers by Priest, and the relationship between the leads, will be portrayed like a bromance with romantic undertones like how Untamed was. It's not like another dramas who only have friendship, now how many scenes between the two male leads that hints that they come to like each other more than friends, managed to get past censorship we will see, but let's hope it will be at least more than a few.

Of course, it was one of the few novels where i couldn't stop myself from knowing how those two end It's Priest fault, if he added some more romantic and fluffly scenes maybe i could wait more, hahaha?. But i still want to reread again properly translated, that good it is, it's really one of few novels where the characters personality is properly described and the relationship between them is well done, and not second to the plot and the world affairs that are described.

It has one scene in the extra chapter , and even through it isn`t very detailed, it`s Priest were talking about, but it`s clear and loud what they are doing, and i found the scene attractive , and hot. I think this scene even surpasses the few sex scenes from the novel Guardian, i can see the author thinked a lot on to how to make the scene touching and attractive to readers. But it`s similar to the ones in the novel Guardian, so if you read Guardian, you know what it`s the preference of the author when it comes of describing sex scenes. The charm of this scene is that is funny, because no one is willing to let the other doing it, so the one who got to do`it has to be ingenious.

The girl shouldn't be a romantic interest to any of our two male leads, in the novel she is a romantic interest for Cao Wei Ning, even in the trailer they have some scenes where they are showed together. She is the follower and disciple of Wen Ke Xing, so she will interact more with him, but the interactions shouldn't hint for nothing more than friends. Nothing in the trailer suggest more than that, but i think she and Cao Wei Ning will have a lot of screentime compared with other character, because they appear a lot in the novel.

Wetv droped in 08.02 three episodes, the first free, for everyone to watch and dropped in youtube/free on wetv and the other two only available to the people who become a vip, practically, they have to pay to watch.
So until now the first 2 eps can be found on youtube and wetv and the others two only on wetv for people who have vip. Next monday will be released like i explained eps 3 youtube/free in wetv and 5 in wetv for vip viewers
But, the donghua can also be found in different sites who have all four episodes subbed , and will add ep 5 next week when will appear, and the others, until the last one , this donghua sees to have 16 episodes, but it`s possible for the production team to want to make more seasons, because the novel is long and complex.
