I feel the same about win, well gun, to be precise. because the actor is actually pretty cute, but what they've…
Exactly! You also pointed out some stuff I hadn’t thought about but agree with as well. Writing aside, I think maybe Win is not right for this part. I don’t think he has the charisma to pull of this bad boy, headstrong casanova. I hated his initial whining P’Baaaaaaar and then he’s all of a sudden asserting his “dominance.” Ugh, I could go on but I’d probably just keep thinking of stuff and it’d never end XD. I’m really hoping I’ll find the couples in the other parts to be more enjoyable than this one (that other couple who was lap-sitting was already way more appealing, don’t know if they’re one of the couples though lol).
I respect your opinion. However, you do realize that these actors replaced the original two actors from before,…
Oh wow that's a crazy difference in length! I wonder if it's because of budget; the related shows have their own novels as well and I'd imagine they are similar in length, so maybe New had to pick and choose.
Ok, just finished episode 1 and yeah, if this is an indicator of what's to come, I think it'll just be another average, forgettable addition to the BL genre. Nothing feels original, and it kind of feels like a knockoff where the author/screenwriter took things they liked and that have been well done in other dramas and combined it all here.
I cannot get on board with Win; there's something about either him or his character that's throwing me off and makes him unlikable to me. He gives me creep vibes and makes me increasingly uncomfortable as he harasses Bar throughout the episode.
I'm also so sick of partners in gay relationships being assigned the "hubby" or "wife" role. Once or twice I can let it slide but it seems like it'll be a common recurrence in this show so I just had to say it here.
Sorry to be a downer. The drama's not terrible, just kind of "meh." Probably good that it's only four episodes, though I wonder if the related ones will be like this as well.

To add: It could also be that they had a terrible scriptwriter (not sure if New wrote it or not but if he did, then some of your points could apply there as well). I feel like even the best directing can't save an awful script.
One more rant I am tired of these gossipy characters like DewDaily and find irritating. If she always starts each…
I feel like I've been seeing more of those types of characters in BLs lately, the over-the-top/hyper, gossipy girl who ships the leads when it's not remotely necessary (we do just fine shipping them ourselves haha). Wonder if it's becoming a trend to include them.
A couple of points...*Sarawat's character really feels like it came out straight out of a manwha/manga*Episode…
Lol I can maaaaaybe get behind the second side couple that seems to be coming next week, because they seem like my type of dynamic, but Frank and Drake? Thank u, next. They're fine as individual characters, but not interested in their love story at all.
come on, it’s called my engineer, what did you expect? XD
Haha yes I have definitely noticed and been curious about the heavy emphasis on engineering as well! The only lakorns I watch are BL (except for 1) so I'm curious if this theme of engineering spans across the other Thai genres too or if it's similar to, for example, Korea, and you see more medical/detective/business tags when you go beyond BL.

I recall reading something from Lazy Subber (bc it was brought up before haha maybe not about this show but I can’t remember; it’s been a while). Basically it seems to be because engineering is a prestigious, popular, and high-demand subject/career in Thailand so authors write about engineering students because of that lol.
