Honestly, I wonder if it was anyone other than Saint palying Tutor, would the screen time be disproportionate this way? (Or would the fan base be as large?) I love Saint, but I definitely think his popularity is behind all of this haha (not that it's his fault of course!).

Yeah, since it's GMM it probably won't go that route. I also don't think it'd fit the mood of this series, and I feel like GMM is good about keeping the tone consistent in any given series.

True! But I still think part of it is the network (GMM25 tends to be lighter as opposed to GMM One which aired, for example, Friend Zone and the kisses were much more satisfying! Which I know DBK and 2Gether are on the same network, so I was just saying generally as far as the kisses go lol).

But I'm wondering if also the kiss was portrayed that way to go with the mood of the scene. Sarawat is clearly into Tine and Tine is clearly confused lol so since it wasn't the kiss that sparked a thousand fireworks, they obstructed it. In other words, maybe when we get the kiss where they (read: Tine) fall in love, it;ll be more front and center. :)

I mean it is GMM after all lol. I think the only BL kisses I've seen from them that have been good have been from Friend Zone, but I think that was a different part of GMM so that probably explains it lol.

Ughh I just fall more and more in love with Win and Bright with each episode. They are so handsome and charming and I love their dynamic. Bright's constant flirtatious teasing resulting in Win being flustered is so cute. They picked the best actors for these roles. And of course the series continues to make me laugh throughout (two words: drunk Fong).

Regarding the kiss: Did I want more? Sure. Was I surprised? Nah. Look at the source guys, it's GMM-25, where most of what we get is light and vanilla lol. I think it fit the scene though and what they were trying to portray--this wasn't the romantic first kiss that signals the start of love, but a spur of the moment thing decided by Sarawat that caught Tine off-guard (But where they cut off this episode does give us hope that more is to come next week so.....Who knows what's in store! Still plenty of other fantastic things about this series. ^^)

I feel like I've seen Kim Won Hae in SO many dramas I've watched recently haha. He can really play such diversity in his characters.

There's also another series coming out called So Much In Love. It has multiple couples (like in this one) including a GL couple, so maybe the person on twitter was confusing that with what Liz said? Just a thought--I could be completely off haha.

Catching up on episodes and ugh I just have to say I really hate Hwa. I think her character was terribly written. All this time she's crushing on/in love with Fighter. He tells her he's not interested and she runs crying to Day asking what's wrong with her, what's wrong with Fighter, what can she do to make him date her, etc. Like girl. Get it through your head. YOU. ARE NOT. THE ONE! And then the moment Day confesses his feelings she's all like Fighter who? And acts like she's been in love with Day this whole time. She's so desperate and dependent on having a boyfriend, and I really can't stand female characters like that.

On another note, before I took a break from this, I remember not being that interested in Zon and Saifah but whaaaaa they're so cute! Like two little school girls in love haha. Zon is just *chef's kiss*. Of course I love Fighter and Tutor too...those kisses, don't even get me started.

I also looooove Japan and Tanthai and want them to get their own series lol

I’d say they’re leaked. Although they were released early on the WeTV app, the reason they’re on YouTube is because someone without authorization recorded them and uploaded them there. Please only watch from the official links and account (My Engineer Official) so that we can support the series.

The lack of details and tacking it on at the end makes me think they later realized how dumb/unbelievable it is to have only one character speak Korean, so they came up with some quick, half-assed reason and left it at that lol. No hate—it just felt like a very cheap/lazy way to explain that haha

I’d be down for that! I know some people don’t like Earth’s acting lol but I enjoy him, and he was awfully cute in UWMA (though I couldn’t stand the series as whole haha ^^’). And I loved Fluke in My Bromance (not so much in UWMA, but he just needs a good script—sorry, don’t mean to keep shading the show lol); would definitely want to see him more. Assuming that’s the Earth and Fluke you were referring to ^-^
