Currently on ep 13, will see once I finished what'll be my final review.
So far, it's not bad β it's okay. It's light, cute and fun. The cinematography is really pretty. I like the cupid and pysche greek concept plot β and I'd agree that the romance needs to be MORE. I think it needs a better direction so it can show the acting of the leads, because I've seen some of them on other dramas and they were really good, here somehow acting was just okay.
But is it not enjoyable? It is still VERY enjoyable despite those. Very addicting still, I might say.
Even the serial killer plot is not competent, it is okay and I'm intriguied with the seven sins of women backstory.
This is the type of drama you watch if you want a mix of genres, but still remains to make you laugh and giggle with good amount of fluff. And I'd agree that with better writing and elevated direction and proper promos β this ccould be a far better drama.
Oh i just wanted to ask if the series is too sad, especially in terms of the illness and saw your comment. So…
Oh, I'm so sorry about this. I hope you can watch it when you've already healed a little. Thank you also for sharing this story, though it might've been difficult for you to open up.
I wish you and your family healing and your young family friend's family too.
This drama is depressing af. Ep 11 and I'm still waiting for it to become cute.
HHahhhaah, but I still loved it overall. This drama really needs a specific mood before watching, like if you're sad and wanted to be comforted then this is it! But if you want something quick and cute, it definitely not is

Hi, this may not turn out to be a good advice after all, but for me if you're in a bad spot β depressed, existential crisis or you need a nudge mentally β I think you'll be able to appreciate this drama more and this is the best time to watch. I've watched it during those hard times and I couldn't be more uplifted with its message β it is very chatartic. (I've also watched some bits of their scenes on tumblr gifs so maybe there's that, but it truly is not for me an emotional sucking experience, though of course the last episodes may help you elease something hurtful on your chest).
Just wanted to share that I love episode 8 and I love that we've got to peel more layers of Da-hae's character and see that Gwi-ju has been truly moving in a much better direction. He's somehow not too obsessed with saving someone in the past, but how he's able to help in the present (and with some help of his time travel powers).
I saw some comments how this episode has fillers and not that much going on β and I think everyone can have their opinion and it's okay to be critical of a drama episode but let me share this.
Building relationships and character developments are essential to create a powerful storytelling.
There are a LOT of emotions in Ep 8 β we were able to peel more layers of Da-hae's character, her motivation and her emotional turmoils. We learned that Da-hae thinks that she can only obtain happiness by selling her misfortunes. We saw Gwi-ju being able to have a much healthier character development; he's not THAT obsessed now with saving someone with his powers, he sees how he can save someone using the present. His and Da-hae's relationship are moving in a more positive way. Dong-hee and Grace were heading from enemies to friends, and how they might inspire each other the best. Sure, I-na and Gwi-ju didn't have much scene, but we see that I-na approves of Da-hae.
The Bok family kept going back to sauna and it opens possibility of a joint family in the future (just dysfunctional). That scene with Da-hae evil mother provides groundwork on what could happen in the future aka hold them hostage / familiar love.
Episode 8 didnβt actually move the show forward. It felt like a messy tapestry of disjointed filler scenes that…
I'll give my opinion here, you guys don't need to agree β but emotional scenes and character development episodes are not fillers.

I think the plot hole of this drama is if Gwi Joo was the one who save Da Hae from the fire, how did she survive…
I think the drama prefers to be simple with their time travel rules.
Gwiju goes back to the past to "change" somethings related to Da-hae but he is not really changing things here, because Da-hae already had encounter with his future self.
So the one who saved Da-hae is future Gwi-ju, but Gwi-ju from the present has yet to arrived on that future (meaning has to go to past).
β
To put it simpler, Gwi-ju doesn't meet Da-hae yet, but Da-hae already encountered him. The things or events that Gwi-ju can do when he travels back to the past are only what already happened to Da-hae.
There's so many great things to comment on in this episode but something that jumped out at me is when Gwiju said…
Yup, that's good too! And...also he said at the end of this episode that he has to undo the past now!!! And I thought it's about saving her again, only for him to talk about undoing the past means rebuilding their relationship then proceeding to go back to her past! Aaaaah, my heart.
Yup, he's gone. That ship has already sailed farther than the Titanic and is finessing the icebergs already LOL.…
Hahahahhaha I love this comment because I'm eating up all the romance between them. Everything about their dynamics is very interesting, her and I-na relationship too is really really good.
