I'm not quite sure if you liked or disliked Ep 15, but I agree with most of your points! Personally, I resonated so much with the themes of the drama and for me it was a healing drama that is a kinda slice of life. I think most were disappointed because they thought it would be another Goblin or some drama with extremely tight plot heavy on fantasy elements (disclaimer: I've only watched some parts of Goblin); but I loved the calmness, comfort and messages that DAYS had given me.
Finished this drama, truly recommended for those people who loves watching dramas about our mundane lives as humans, to those wants a little inspiration in their life to keep existing and living. To those enjoy slice of life shows, and slow burns romances, and character growths. Doom at your service, for me, is a comforting one and it was a delightful watch.
Watching this drama is just so good, calm and healing to me. I understand now why it became underrated -- this drama doesn't rely on strong and concrete plot points, but on subtlety of it all. The push and pull of their emotions might be confusing but was just a natural progression of their bond based on the circumstances and their current emotional turmoil. I've also really liked that it was just not that extravagant despite having the fantastical elements -- this made it easier for me to watch and fall in love with their circumstances. That scene where Dong Kyung said that she was still growing up and Doom looking at her falling in love even more and knowing he's not fking alone. Goodness, that was so good. Her crying in front of him because of wanting to live, and him saying, "me too". Wow, what an amazing drama. I also loved everything about episode 14. This drama is having a place at my favorites.
I've been watching it so far and truly loving it! However, I still haven't watched ep 11 and 12 because of work, but I'm already spoiled xD. Just want to ask those who have read the webtoon if the plot they had in Ep 12 was also shown in webtoon (please put your comments in spoiler). Thanks! :)
I don't have problem with age gaps in general, but the way they portrayed a 19 year old made it look like she…
I think a 19 year old in korean age is like 17 or 18 in international age. 20 year old is korea's adult age. So technically, their age gap and love story line truly didn't seem that appropriate.
I know everyone wants to kiss Cha Eun Woo, but don't be a bummer here and literally spread hate over their sweet kiss just because the character of the FL is just literally breathing his kiss to her. It was very much in character for her as someone who was waiting to be kissed all her life and the ML character needed to level up with his kiss because she requests a kiss as human to human.
Y'll can wait for the make out session to happen later, but I don't know some "complains" here seems so out of place? LOL. Like you all are just literally spoiling the mood here.
