i still cant decide on mr queen but i think it's a good enough show for the ending to not have it ruin the show (also like i didnt really watch the last couple of mins so u know it kinda didnt happen)

right! and that's the interesting part about it like what to us deserves this high rating and what it would mean. there are things i simply would not agree deserve an overhyped and overrated word or bands and stuff (like nirvana ;-;) but yea. i always like finding out what ppl think abt it and our opinions can change. moonlight is not overrated or overhyped and will never be and i wont hear it but a friend of mine thought so after we watched it (my third time, his first) but weeks later he was like honestly i take that back and it was really interesting but i was totally willing to accept his belief in it being overrated (even if he was wrong :P) and many times we can still see the value in it and esp like oh why people would like something so much even if you hated it AND think it's overrated or are lukewarm etc

it deserves a spot here tbh lmao and the throughline was not good. i was VERY surprised at how devoted people were to the romance and that showed through i can see why it is liked but man was the response confusing and had a lot of flaws that for me is disproportionate to the praise and im guessing enough felt that way. (i mean i also hated it but just from a standpoint on the overall judgement i'm leaving that extreme feeling out of it)

maybe it's the writers and the slice of life format and i can see that being repetitive and overdone. i get why those dramas would seem overrated also overrated isn't always negative like there's a reason why it is so massively popular and conversely a lot of people of course will feel that way due to its success and their opinion on it for diff reasons. maybe this one in particular isnt their cup of tea either of the genre. i can say i find like all slice of life overrated mostly and doubly so triplymillionly so for the healing dramas those make me want to rip my head out!!!

i agree with all of these so much except for shopping king louie but only bc i cant find it in me to have any negative vibes around it my memory of the show is next to nothing which speaks for itself but when i think about it i see like a cocker spaniel in my head it's very good. i have such an intense hatred for SWDBS like extremely deep but i love the couple it's hard. also anything by the lady that does cloy dots etc lolz

it's not pride it's that i have a lot of time and people are selfish and historical inaccuracy is literally dangerous this is me as a human, an artist, a drama watcher. and why are yo so concerned about these people who have money lmao and please dont invoke the staff like you care otherwise these people who are probably not unionized and compensated fairly and are working their asses off for .0005% of the bullshit pay the actors get shouldnt be working now or back then. a lot of us freelance and have been consistently out of work or having to work in shity conditions and working during this time on 12 h shoots like lol. their job is done, they are paid even if it doesnt get released and they get no more of that. but the company and actors continue to reap benefits before, during, and after the show is done.

also i want to make it clear that sometimes the decisions that are the best IE restructuring this show for these reasons that puts way too much extra on laborers and as a crew member and PA on sets i do not love or appreciate that nor do i believe that actors should be paid what they are paid but that holds much more value than dragging people out to reconstruct a whole thing just for animation. also pewdiepie sucks but he's still rich and there. everyone will be fine lol. being a crew member is not easy and being an artist is realy not just about the time and labor but it's the fulfillment so like it's complex. on one hand we worked hard and maybe ppl liked the work as crew so it isnt about the money since we were paid but also the work we put in but a lot of people start off in jobs they dtn want or are exploring themselves as artists so many of those people could hate what they worked on but had to. and as crew members we also know that nothing is guarantee a release and our job then is over if we are not core staff. people only invoke staff that arent the heads of departments and the stars when tehy want to pretend like they care but if people are doing crew work consistently that means they probably want those roles or to be behind the scenes and find that fulfilling so it's not strictly about the money and being able to work and make a better project even redoing it can be extremely rewarding. additionally, we can regret the work. i've worked on pure trash that i do not support but it happens. either way the people tat this hurts the msot are tthose that gain the most from it not the added labor on the staff bc trust and believe during production processes we arent being treated as stars and we're doing 10x the amt of work

also the world needs to learn what true censorship is and realized they, we, you, all of us are being censored literally everyday lmao they have the right to state their opinions and people have a right to be pissed about it and do crazy shit about it. even for things that are wrong/overstated or right. the decisions of people to halt production or what hav eyou is not speech suppression since they decided to take this OWNED thing not in the public and on a governmental level btw and decide nto to release it or to revoke it. sure they were pressured but they were not censored into it unlike say books being censored or college kids looking at a picture of karl marx then being beat, raped, tortured murdered over it. censorship is like kinda the thing where it allows them to abduct 200 koreans from germany and harm them just by potential proximity to "north koreans" and "communists" there the real freedom of speech is tested. i am so beyond confused at people and their understanding of this like you simply know nothing about history, common sense, or like just how much people, radical ppl like this like these activists this story is based on are /literally/ silenced or how books have actually been banend and recently in like places i cant i cant. the brain we must use it. we say 'censoring' and 'free speech' about things that are actually harmful ergo people have the right to complain then conflate that with very real instances of litteral radicalism being silenced bc our brains dont work good i guess but there's a pretty obvious glaring reason here why it's a big deal and i feel like we should be able to tell the difference between complaints that may seem trivial and real ones but whatvevr whatever
