Instead of figuring out pain management and dismantling a horrendous medical system, we have resorted to leveraging things like MAiD which contributes to the eugenicist project happening the world over. even the words he uses “die with dignity” is part of a campaign popularized by a lobby in the UK, that wants to pretend assisted suicide is a good option and it will soon become the best option. not access to proper palliative care, community support, pain management, death doulas and medical professionals preparing. soon this will be THE best option (my aunt was almost pushed into euthanasia btw!) the ppl thst suffer the most from this? black ppl, the darker (wrt thailand), the mad, the colonized. bc ppl with money DO get that proper care (kinda).
