Yay! We’ll find out tmr morning how the rating is for ep 5 :)
Saw the real time ratings shoot up to 15-18 today. Last week it was more like 10-13. (Real-time isn’t final, usually it cuts by half or more as the final rating) so we should see an increase from ep4!
Did you even bother watch drama first? Age gap makes sense in this drama. And can you stop with age gap debate?…
I cannot even imagine anyone would think a 45 and 32 is weird age gap….. she’s 32 not 18… she’s “young” but you better be a matured and growth adult by 32. I don’t understand how 45 and 32 is weird… lol
No. In this drama there is a very specific reason for him to be older. He has to be older and more experienced…
This is not a fictional drama…. In real life noble women in 1600s Korea started getting shipped off to marriage at 14. This is a sageuk based in real historical events. They already adapted it to more modern days liking.
And also, not all age gap 12+ is bad, yes that’s bad if it’s 18 & a 30 years old because the younger one is not even an adult. 30+ and 40+ and you are telling me that’s sick? Lol oh please give me a break. Both 30+ and 40+ are adults enough to be making their own decisions. Too many married couples in real life has this much age gap it’s not even weird as long as both are matured adults.
if anyone have any recommendation of drama just like this one, kdrama, cdrama, japanese drama anything please feel…
Maybe you can check out this writer’s previous works? The level of grounded realism and attention to details… there isn’t a lot of shows have this same feeling
I am not understanding you- what exactly was a copy-paste of events? Which part of the drama is incoherent? I…
:) there’s a fundamental difference between subjective judgements vs objective judgements. But as I said, because I understand this is a free forum, I already told you you are free to be you and agree to disagree. Not sure what more you want :)

Literally, if that’s your concept of “typical” drama events and copy and paste characters. Hmmm other than you be you I don’t have any other things to say so good day 😅 hopefully others will make their own (and better) judgements.
No, I read news interview from the Disney+ leadership it was incorrect. They never meant to leave the Korean market,…
Well, when you say OTT content team, it could very well also mean Korean market because that's everything they do in Korea, creating OTT content. Maybe it's your comment can be interpret differently than what you intended instead of coming directly at people saying "Did you even understand my comment?"
There's news about their domestic team pulled relations and flavors to only using production company they are related. They did not understand the Korean market by entering with two idols projects (who have not acted before, knowing Koreans' views on idols with no experience getting casted as leads right away - not saying can they act or not, just the fact how Korean market works, as well as using a controversial history topic as the very first project as well). They did not know how to properly market and promote in Korea either. If it's not the Korean team that failed to give the leadership proper assessment of the market, I am not sure what else this Korean OTT content team does then. The Korean OTT content team, is inclusive of Korean market management who can make decisions on said things. I am not talking about their content being distributed more widely globally or not. That, is not up to their Korean team.
To be very fair if this was Netflix it wouldn't be the same show. Kang Full talked about the beginning of the show production and honestly Disney gave him a lot more freedom to deliver his vision of the story. Superpower stories wise... Disney still has its edge. But certainly D+ needs to learn from Netflix on how to promote.
