D+ talked about building a Kang full universe. While not connected, The Witch (by Park Jinyoung and Roh Jeong Eui) which is another Kang full webtoon remake has already been finished this year. oh my god. Kang Kiyoung BLEW ME AWAY. I have been a fan since god knows how many years ago. I have always enjoyed his works and found him extremely charismatic and natural in his acting. but this is the first time I have seen him in this kind of settings. He definitely lose weight for this role which makes him even more chilling. But it’s his facial expression!!!! Honestly the role can be a bit cartoony. But somehow he grounded the villain role with so much depth and character. The way he gives the expressions is simply chilling and “heavy”. It makes you feel like this guy isn’t some cartoonish nobody villain trying to be, but really have a heaviness to his performance that makes you take him seriously.

I am truly blew away by his performance and he showed me something completely new AND incredible. Took his acting to a new height! I CANNOT wait to see more of him!!!!!!
