Am I the only one that's team hyejin? She didn't do anything wrong these evil bastards made her leave her son…
Her man is worst of course. Yes, Hyejin was forced to leave her son, but how she came back and how she lied and treated Hisoo this whole time, her attitude, how she tried to break apart Hisoo and the son? She was angry at “taking her place” and was trying to “take back her man and her son” - the cheating wasn’t only the man on this couple, it was coming from both sides. What did Hisoo do wrong? She is legally married and treated the son like one of her own.
That’s why Hisoo said “now that you have said it, it sounds so terrifying” as in, she knows her husband is equally terrifying as Hyejin is.
I don’t think any of them is really saint but Hisoo has every reason to be mad at Hyejin.
tvN have aired dark content before so I wouldn’t think so.
it is not graphic but it was pretty sick. I watch a lot of crime thrillers. I have seen so many serial killers tropes but I think emotionally Beyond Evil was very deeply sickening. I would watch til ep6 - it's a drama that burry hints deep in the first 5 eps
For those who also want this to be in Netflix, let's help request here https://help.netflix.com/en/titlerequest
Done. But honestly if Viki US already won the license contract unlikely Netflix US will buy it (at least when it is airing) - I am so mad LOL Viki I want to watch it HD with Chinese subs but Viki never has Chinese subbers!!!!!!!!! Hopefully Netflix outside of US can buy the airing right :(
Read @norin 's comment and you'll understand why her characters like that.''The reason Kang Sol A appears weak…
I m not even concern about her being weak or not cos I am 100% sure they will make her the underdog but it's her personality that gets a bit annoying at times
Did he really hate the FL lead? I perceived it as disliking her acting portfolio and her character/personality…
In ep6 he said he never cared for any one (girl) his whole life. Isn't that also part of his trauma I would think? The way he treats people around him, his POV of the world. We are just seeing how fast Joo In was able to pull him out of that. And he is always a low key loving and caring person. Can tell from his love to his mom and how he is friend with the LP shop owner, as well as what his CEO said about him (rejecting $ to stay with him). Joo In just kinda open that box and he quickly showed her who he really is I think.
Can someone tell me if the story/plot of the drama is cringy or cliche? I really like Nana's acting so I want…
My earlier comment about the show is: warm and loving characters and healthy af relationships and how they communicate with each other. Especially how they understand each other behind their "masks" and how warm Nana's character is. All the moms are wonderful, friendships and relationships with their CEOs or mangers/staffs, etc. You don't need a groundbreaking plot for a good story. These characters are so so enjoyable.

man doesn't save girl fifty times an episode and they definitely don't have miscommunication. Old troples were used a lot but the interaction between all the characters are not cliche at all. Some people like a groundbreaking plot and they would think this is boring, but some enjoy a story being told nicely, even if the story isn't new. If you worry about the misunderstanding plot and female lead useless, this is not one of them. So you kinda have to try it yourself to know if this is your show
oh no, i'm in a big trouble. love NJH to the pieces but i never liked any drama SJH did... i wonder to which box…
NJH has been great at picking scripts! Hope this is another good one! (shopping king louie, suspicious partner, 100 days prince, 365 repeat the year) - 4/4 are good scripts! Pls be good lol I have been waiting for her comeback!
I have been following her projects ever since Shopping King Louie and she has been amazing at choosing scripts, just like her co-star seo in guk! They pick really good projects!

For the record this show is for people who normally enjoy slow burn shows. It may not be your type but it's one hell of a slow burn crime thriller of its own genre! (Focuses a lot on the mind games and emotions)
