Title The Starry Love Spoiler
Even his redemption in the end didn’t sit well with me..like the VE died so why did he get to live? Well I know…
Yeah. Just kick his ass from heaven.

I’m so super picky with Xanxias but I really loved the whole show. Great start, nice middle part and great ending. The second half was indeed very powerful. I really love Yetan.

The award for the worst dad in a drama in 2023 goes to the Heavily Emperor. You cannot even imagine how much I loathe this character.

It starts in the 80s at least. Not sure how long it will stay there
Oh yeah. That’s a good point. Because I never made it through 2125 I would be happy if they do it.

I’d wish more Xanxias would’ve such lovable and strong female lead characters like this show. One reason why I loved it from the start.

Because it’s Netflix and not free TV.
I don’t compare it with western productions but Korean ones. Also I didn’t complain about it but answered the question why it wasn’t blurred out.

Movies are a completely different topic.
In dramas aired on channels nudity or violent content is always blurred. That’s what we’ve originally talking about.

I watched hit the spot but I’ve got no clue which scene you’re referring to. 😂

It was indeed unexpected but I think it’s also part of the western influence these days. It’s very unusual for a k-drama.

Yeah. You’re right. I wrote you before watching ep 4. So they stated that a 1983 movie is show in cinema. So the school days must’ve been around 1979 at the latest. I assume we will experience a bit of the June movement 1987 along the way if at all. The story really seems more focused on these characters and not on necessarily on RL experiences.

I think the school days are still in the 1970s. There was a year shown in the first ep. That’s why I worry that Gwangju Uprising 1980 will be around half of the show and the characters are involved in it and will cope later with their experiences in the second half. At least that’s my feeling.

petty complaint/comment but I can't get over the black and white school uniforms? What is that pattern???
Oh gosh, yes! It took me a few scenes to realize it’s the school uniforms because it’s so ugly.
